Dear Management, you need to promote Anaisi to Supervisor or Assistant Manager position. This is one of the nicest Wendy's, but it has the worst wait times ever. Anaisi was handling three stations while the guy serving the food did not know where he was standing and would not put orders together. The on-site supervisor walked aimlessly. When the amount of people waiting grew and people began to complain, the supervisor took over the register and had no problem staying calm. Meanwhile, Anaisi ran between the register, the fryer, the counter to serve orders, and she even came out to the floor to bring food to people's tables. My kids finally received their nuggets 25 minutes after we ordered them and I simply apologized to Anaisi for her struggle. Someone put this...

This location has the potential of receiving higher rating. Unfortunately, it does not provides constant outstanding service. In the past, I have had numerous problems with my orders at this location. Problems with incorrect orders, overcharge, missing items, and just bad attitude service. I usually place orders in the app in hopes that I can pick up and go. However, this location always managed to get it wrong. Currently, I have not had any problems with my orders. Fortunately, my orders have been correct and all items ordered have been received. Now, they just need to work on the friendly service....although, I do understand that it gets really busy during lunch hour. In any case, I am hoping this location...
