Well, this McDonalds location will never see me again..especially late nights. They need to throw away the whole night crew. After seeing that the night crew closed the dining in area at least 35 minutes early, I watched from the parking lot on 2 different occasions as, like me. customers pulled the door to go inside, only to find that the doors were locked. I checked the door to make sure of the store hours, and sure enough they were not supposed to lock out customers until 11pm. It was 10:25pm this second night I was there, and the night before, they locked the doors at 10:35pm. I had to call the store 3 times before anyone answered the phone and I asked was there a reason they were closing early? The employee literally just mumbled "mmmm..the night crew does that". Afterwards, I see 3 ladies(employees) leaving from their shift and they confirmed that the night shift locked the doors ..not them. Then, I watched from my car as 4 different people walked up and found the doors locked..just like I did and each looked puzzled like I did because the hours of operation are right on the glass doors. This location is a 24 hour location. Dine in until 11pm. Drive thru 24 hours.
After, that, I decided to go through the drive thru after making a mobile order via the app. After making the order, I drive through one of the lanes, waited a weird amount of time and had to say, "Helloooo..is anyone taking orders?" No response. Another car was behind me at this point. Finally, a young woman's voice came through the speaker in a low sarcastic voice, "We're closed". I said.." Not with my moblie order already paid for..what in the world?" The employee nervously said, "Oh..um..oh..a mobile order?" I replied with the mobile order code. She then asked me what did I order. I was confused at this point. I told her..then she asked again..and I was like, "what's going on here?" SHE CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO BE AT WORK. After getting no response, I drove around to the window and a very tattoo'ed guy was at the window..no hello..no sorry ..no explanation for why wanted me to repeat my order, no smile, no customer service. Then, I saw the young lady standing with her arms folded..pouting looking irritated. I asked them, "Why did you guys say you were closed?..and I've noticed that you've closed the dining area way earlier that it should be for seemingly no reason. You guys lose a lot if customers that way. The young lady then comes over to the window and gets fiesty with me and I let her know like a parent would..seeing as how I knew I was 20 years older than her at least,
"You will never keep a job in service if you can't give simple customer service..this is McDonald's, you guys haven't even smiled once..and you lied to me that you were closed. If I didn't have a 'paid for' mobile order, I would have driven off. I guess you 2 didn't think of that..less work for you if you pretend to be closed..I'm sure the owner of this location would not be happy." The girl shut the window hard and stormed off. That's when I offered to the young man, if you are the manager, you just can't treat your customers that way..and her behavior was unacceptable ..she literally lied that they were closed. The people in the car behind me did not have a mobile order..and their order was taken. I saw them leave with their food. Suddenly, I guess the store was open again. Some of these young people today try to get over on their employers. They didn't think about how pretending a 24 hour location is closed could end up costing them their jobs because I was not the only one saying how they would complain about the early locked doors. One man had ubered there..and as the uber drove off he pulled the locked doors of the store that should not have been locked for another 35 mins and clearly was disappointed. In that area, there was no other late night food option. Ironically, I had breakfast there earlier that morning and a wonderful employee named Sammy gave excellent customer service. I even asked him his name..he was so exceptional. Let him train the...

I was trying to get some food around 12:30 am this morning when I was on the drive thru and just on the first contact was rude, however itās usually happen in any McDonalds in Atlanta, nothing unusual. When I saw the screen after I made my order, it notice was wrong and Iām kindly tell this lady that the order was just one, not three combos, so she yell me āyou said threeā in the worst attitude posible, in the pick up location was horrible, I kindly ask for my order to check it was the right one and she start yelling me that she heard me that she is not ādumbā and she understand first time when sheās clearly not, insulting me.. I never felt so bad in my entire life in a restaurant. I was trying to keep calm down and I never say anything wrong to her.. Iām deeply sorry for McDonalds because they have to hire this type of people whoās clearly has something happen on their life and theyāre donāt understand that talk to someone is part of their job.. I donāt like to post these type of reviews, please check my background, but this lady have to understand this type of behavior itās not right, I didnāt get my food after that, I donāt trust in this establishment anymore and I never gonna come back!!!!! I went through the drive through with my husband and he had forgot heās reading glasses so he had asked for a price on something and they told him the price is on the menu very very rudely, the 2cnd time I went through drive through with my daughter all we wanted was ice cream, so we waited like 10min mind you there was only 2cars in front already paid and getting there food, so I say excuse me into the intercom she rudely tells me āWE ARE VERY BUSY WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY ā again very rudely! So I tell her allās we want is one ice cream, tells me āOUR ICE CREAM MACHINE ISNT WORKING ā very rudely, sooo I say well maybe you should put a sign up saying itās not working so ppl arenāt waiting for 10 for something theyāre not going to get, well let me say she called me every name in the book, & mind you I was with my 10yr old in the car. I pull up to the window and see itās the MANAGER!! How the hell did she get a blue shirt if she cannot handle 3/4 cars in drive through!! Please sweetie rethink your job itās not for you!!!
