We waited for about 50 mins when I first ordered which should have been only 20 mins as they advised. When I approached the counter the lady who was the “baker” (Idk if she’s the owner or something) rudely told me (the customer), “so what do you want me to do? It’s not even an hour yet. I could give you a refund or a drink.” And added that she doesn’t have the receipt with her??? I am confused! Where’s the courtesy now in business? And where’s the communication bet her and the person in charge with getting the order? It wouldn’t have mattered to me if she could’ve handled it nicely bec I wasn’t rude I was just asking then stating the fact that it’s almost an hour and my poor child has been approaching the counter twice already to follow-up. Rude service. Deserves ZERO stars. Ordered pretzel bites with caramel sauce, asked for extra salt to sprinkle the caramel with and was told "we don't do that. We can't give extra salt" the other employee informed me that the pretzels already have salt on them... I know they do but the caramel does not. I have ordered this before at this very location and she told me that she's been here 12 years (?!? Really) and she's never been allowed to give someone extra salt. So we left without making our $25+ purchase... their loss. Over SALT... IT COSTS PENNIES & I totally would've paid for it. Ridiculous power trip...

Came here at 5:20 on a Sunday. We wanted to order 2 small pretzel nuggets. The lady there proceeds to tell us, “we close in like 40 minutes, so we don’t have any pretzels, just sodas”. What the actual heck!!!! You close in 40 mins so cook some pretzels or go find work somewhere else. I guess corporate lets these individuals work when they want!? Anyways, the lady proceeded to turn the lights off as we walked away without any pretzels. Again, you’re open for another 40 mins to serve sodas, so why are you turning off the lights and appearing to be closed...
