Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Dothan

So we love buffalo wilds wings and we’ve eaten here so many times before but the day we come on Veterans Day to get a free 6 wings/fries “dine in” only. We talked to one of the waitress she had a horrible attitude addressing us about the sitting arrangements which wasn’t even what made me write this because some people have bad days. We found a booth and sat down our waitress was very kind and patient with us. 20-30 min later we got our food and it looked good but we were asking for a to go box because we weren’t going to eat all of the food and we literally saw a couple both military active duty same as me and my friend get a to go box and straight up dip and not even order anything else, With that being said we were gonna order more food for my wife. We ask for an explanation on why we couldn’t get a to go box even tho they literally just gave the other couple one. We asked for the manager and another waitress out of no where came in with the rudest comment I have ever heard about how veterans tries to rip them off and some other bullshit. The manager comes and ask us the problem we explained how the couple next to us pretty much was getting food and dipping with a to go box and he says “well I didn’t know who gave them that but we’re not supposed to” like who cares that morning you should’ve told all your employees what the policy was and how nobody leaves with a to go box so you avoid any confusions. So we just left because we couldn’t enjoy our food knowing what that one random waitress said was unprofessional and disrespectful to active duty vets. Mind you I have never written any reviews in my life. I will never eat at this destination again. If I could give this less than a 1 star I would...

After having been turned off by a bad experience at the Tallahassee BWW (dirty, run-down, intolerable stench reminiscent of a Chuck-E-Cheese ball pit) we were excited to try out the Dothan location. First impressions - clean, smelled fine, no dirty carpet. We sat at a table in the bartender's section. Our server was Whitney and she was excellent. Genuinely personable and friendly. As a former bartender/server myself I can appreciate how attentive she was to her entire section and bar guests as well as to our table. She helped us get the app set up so we could redeem the BOGO wing offer we wouldn't have otherwise known about. Food was out in a timely fashion as well.

Knocking off 1 star for the wings because there was NO flavor on the dry rubbed. We got 3 different flavors of dry rub and one sauced. The dry ones were completely devoid of any seasoning, they were just naked wings. As can be seen in the attached photos, there is a pile of the chipotle bbq seasoning underneath one of the wings. We were at least able to dip the wings in ranch then dip it in the seasoning to get a taste. What appears to be the salt & vinegar rub came out in several clumps, like they shook the dregs from an empty bottle over the wings. None of it stuck to the wings. There wasn't enough to dip the wings in. I couldn't even detect the lemon pepper. We'd had a long day of dental appointments and had an hour+ drive back home so wasn't worth making a complaint. However, next time when ordering wings there will make it a point to mention "extra rub" or perhaps ask for some on the side.

Very disappointed with service when I last ate here. We sat out side and there was tables sitting empty but dirty some not even been cleaned or wiped down. We had 8 ppl total so our only option was a table that wasn't wiped off. We sat ourselves and I looked for our waitress. I seen her sitting at a table with group of ppl . I took a napkin and wiped our table. Which was never actually cleaned by our waitress. It wasn't very busy the group she was associated with and 2 small tables of 2 ppl each. We waited almost 10 min before we were brought menus and greeted. She came took drink order. When she returned we needed a moment and she went and began speaking to that group again. Still all the tables sitting dirty . I had to get her attention for her to come back to take order. We waited for a very long time . She sat with group of ppl she apparently knew . Then for some reason only 4 at our table got there food. Then 10 min later the rest was brought out . Which was ridiculous . By this time the youngest kids were finished and tired of sitting and we had 45 min ride home still and it was 10pm . We asked for to go boxes which took forever so I told the rest of my party to go on to car I'd wait for boxes and check. I was unpleased with the service we were given how our table was never properly cleaned and rather then do her job she sat socialized with her friends leaving almost all the tables dirty and not actually tending to the other tables. Our check was 120.00 we were never given drink refills ....
