I was in drive-through over 45 minutes then I got to the window to put my order in and it’s a girl walking outside taking orders for people that’s in drive-through completely skipped my truck So I had to go To the window to order instead. The girl at the window seem kinda aggravated that I had to order get 4 orders of food. If I would’ve known how long it was gonna take, I would’ve went inside and ordered it to go. So after I ordered my food, the girl that came outside to each vehicle told me to pull up To the curb and wait on my food. So another 20 minutes passed by and I see people behind me getting four and five orders of food. I get out and go to the window and ask how long is it gonna take And she said they are working on it. So I go inside and speak with a manager. The people inside are very sweet and have great customer service as soon as you walk in. Manager asked for my name so I guess he can find my order and I still had to wait another seven minutes to get it smh. So, if you come here, your best bet is to go inside to get your food to go or order ahead. I was literally yelled at by the employee, Elise, because I filled out the to go order sheet horizontal instead of vertical. I had to ask her to stop yelling at me. After I received my to go order, I had to go back into the restaurant 3 different times for them to correct it. I left for home, and they still left off 2 items that I had ordered.
