Let me start off by saying I am not a “refresher” type of guy!! However Starbucks came out with a blackberry sage lemonade and “Oh MY Goodness” it is AMAZING!!! I am a diabetic and my fiance went and got me one while I am in the hospital to try however I did not know the sugar content and how long Starbucks will be keeping this drink around *SPOILER ALERT* it’s a TEMPORARY WINTER FLAVOR 😢 (YOU GOT TO KEEP THIS ONE STARBUCKS!!!) I WILL BE BUYING THIS EVERYTIME I COME TO DOTHAN DROPPING OFF A PATIENT AT THE HOSPITAL!!! I called this Starbucks and a guy named Alex answered and went way above and beyond to explain what was in it and get the sugar content for me!!! He answered and explained every question I had in detail even though I know this location stays busy!!! I wanted to give him and this drink a shoutout and let Starbucks know as long as they have this flavor I will be coming back for more and to let Starbucks know that Alex is a keeper for sure!!! His customer service was beyond exceptional and you could hear and feel his smile and warmth through the phone!!! Thank you for an amazing drink to make me feel better while I am stuck at the hospital trying to get better!!!

The dining area had a decent amount of people relaxing and doing work/school work or just relaxing. However the place is large enough not to feel crowded and everyone has plenty of their own space. It should also be noted that their restrooms are spotless.
