The food that we actually received in our curbside order, was good. The experience, not so much. The staff was friendly but not up to par. I ordered two 3 for 10 meals, both Cajun chicken pasta. One with tomatoes one without. One with salad as the appetizer and one with chips and salsa. When I picked up my order, I waited in a curbside spot for a while without seeing an employee. I eventually called and asked if my food was ready, I had been sitting well past the window I was quoted that it would be ready. The employee checked and said yes it was ready and that he’d try to find my car (what was the point of putting my car make and model on the order? Anyway...) I went back to my hotel (it’s a long story, but it was already an extremely hectic night dealing with the hotel) and realized that I was missing an entire pasta. Not a huge deal, it happens; even though I was already stressed. I called the to go stand and they put me through to a manager. She was very friendly and apologized and offered to make the pasta herself so it would be fresh and ready. She confirmed TWICE it would be made with no tomatoes. Read moreI had a curbside pickup at the Montgomery Hwy location. When I placed my online order, I got a message stating the order should be ready between 12:45 & 12:50 p.m. I left my house around 12:44. I hadn't received a notification yet that it was ready, but figured it would come in while I was driving towards Chill's. I arrived at Chill's curbside parking lot at 12:59. No notification had came in. I saw a woman, that looked like she was a worker, sitting at a bench by the window. Upon seeing my car, stands up and comes outside. Before I could say anything, she says my name, and I said yes, that is my name. I immediately asked her why no one sent a notification that the food was ready? She responded that she "pushed the button," to notify me that it was ready.
I stated " The food could have gotten cold while I am wanting for a reply.". She stated I don't know why it didn't send, have a good rest of your day.
I don't buy that the "button" malfunctioned. I never had this problem in the past. I think she was being vindictive because I chose not to tip.( My choice, Since it's not a dine in order".)
Sick & tired of the lazy/ bad customer service at restaurants since things " opened back up fully"...

Purchased fajitas asked if could substitute beans for corn. The food was not its normal. The waitress cone to get our plates then advised whenever your food if cooked she would bring it out. The taste of everything was lackluster. Order 2 of the 2 for 25 with free appetizer coupon. The bill was 87 dollars. There were 4 charges for 1 appetizer, 2 added charges for extra sides. It takes the waitress about 10 minutes to return with our cheesecakes to go, so we could advise her of the incontinence of the bill. She then said ohh I can get the manager to take those off if we wanted her too. We'll yes that would be great. She had to go back 3 times and get us a hard copy of the receipt before she understood. After the 3rd time the bill had come down to 66 dollars. For the sake of time paid and left. Got into the car and she still had gotten over on us 2.99. Will be a long while before we return, and would advise others to check the ticket on the portable checkout...
