Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dothan

Ordered the exact same thing we've ordered from Domino's for at least the last 6-7 years but this was only 2nd time from this location. Ordered loaded ranch chicken with no bacon or tomato's, just wanted ranch sauce and cheese. did not check the order prior to leaving store. Got home and chicken had tomato's and bacon and no ranch sauce. Garlic bread sticks were overcooked, almost burnt the pizza was fair. Called the store back and asked if all food could be recooked and I would take what we had back and was told by whoever we were transferred to, that if I brought all of that back, we would only get a credit. She did not even offer to remake the order and have it delivered to us. The lady said they do not redo orders. She said we would be put on the non-service list and would not be able to order from them again. She said it was because the conversation was hostile. I may have raised my voice but not once did I get nasty with her. She hung up the phone on me. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this location. Manager Josh didn’t do good handling me as a customer. When I raised a concern he acted very nonchalant about it and offered no remedy. Not sure if it was a bad day but do better Josh. Not every customer that has an issue is a Butthead. I will say he made the pizza very good minus the missing topping. They forgot to put sausage on my pizza. That makes the pizza for me!😔. The issue was they didn’t have any gluten-free crust so he called and said he can make it into a hand tossed. I said OK. I thought I would be getting a large because all pizza at this time is the same price on the app for up to nine toppings, but I was trying to do less gluten. when I get to the store, I see they are handing me a small box and wondered why they just didn’t make a large pizza. Josh was called to the window and said a small gf is the same price as a small hand tossed so why would I give u a large when u paid for a small. So I am making this to correct the one star review left by Katie Lu as she lied in several places, including about my own experience since I was the other person in the store she mentions in her review. Firstly, yes they are understaffed, but that is not the fault of the staff and they were working very quickly for how few people there were. Secondly, I saw the pizza she claims was “messed up” and it looked perfectly fine. The “unenthusiastic employee “ she mentions was very kind to me and doing the best they could to keep up with the large number of orders they had during their lunch rush. And finally, in case you were wondering if this lady is at all a good metric of character, after exiting the dominos she took her child that was with her into the vape store next door. My order came out perfectly in a timely manner and I will be coming back again and again for the wonderful food and amazing service.
