Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dothan

I ordered pizzas to SE Health as I have previously when my daughter was admitted. They have ALWAYS brought the order to Entrance 3 where the hospital side is and I came down and got it. This time the incompetent driver took it to the ER. We are not in the ER. I explained to him that they have always delivered to entrance 3 and he said he always delivers to the ER and refused to bring it to the side I was on. He just left it and I had to figure out how to get around there to get it as Entrance 3 closes at 6 and I would've been locked out. So, by the time I found my way around to the ER through the hospital, it was cold. I called and the manager just brushed me off putting me on hold and eventually hanging up on me. I would've never ordered if I knew this. Directions were given when order was placed and nobody said it wasn't doable otherwise I wouldn't have placed an order. Ordered pizza was told abt 45 mins for delievery, 3 days later my children are still waiting. When i got back to dothan i called and talked to management They informed me the would give me credit which would take days to go back on my account. When i ask why my children had to go to bed without dinner, because, by the time we realized they werent coming everything was closed. And why didnt they call us so we could make other arrangements She started talking over me, became agurementive. Raising her voice at me and hung up on me. If management is opperated in this way I ask my self, wonder what goes on behind the counters??? Do i really want to feed my loved ones from this loveless, care-less, place? Is that a Federal offence to charge for merchandise one someones credit card and they never recieve the merchandise. After all if i hadn't called i would not have even got my kids...

PIZZA arrived cold and dry. We called and were assured that we were wrong because they did everything right. My wife felt as though they were accusing her of lying. Danielle told us reluctantly that another would be sent out. She said that we would have to give back our order, as if we were just tryingbbto get something for nothing. When the driver came we tried to give it to him. He wouldn't take it. We told him we didn't want it he said too bad he wouldn't take it back. We have ordered hundreds of times over the years and with few exceptions have been happy with the service. This time I feel devalued and disrespected and will not order from this location again.
