If I could give this restaurant no stars I WOULD. Decided to try this restaurant with my husband and children for the first time and from start to finish it was a terrible experience. We walked in to signs saying “wait to be seated” after waiting an employee from the back yelled “ yal can sit anywhere” we sat down at a table that was dirty so we decided to choose another table. Our waitress had a terrible attitude. We ordered wings, fries, and “stuffed pizza” not being familiar with the what a stuffed pizza should look like we were immediately surprised to see how messy it looked and did not want to indulge due to having two toddlers who would absolutely make a mess with it. I proceeded to tell the waitress we did not want the pizza instead of offering another choice, she immediately said “why, this is what you asked for” with a attitude after we explained why which we shouldn’t have had to but I digress on that. She picked the pizza up and walked away with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. As a woman with many years of management experience I politely walked to the bar and asked for a manager. I was then greeted by the “owner” as I explained the situation and the disgust with the customer service I received, the waitress interjected many times and the owner allowed us to go back and forth as it got heated she was pulled away by another employee not dismissed by the owner (red flag) .My husband stepped in as I was being blatantly disrespected, The owner proceeds to say she values customer service but was offended by my husband’s attitude as he was only defending his WIFE as any HUSBAND SHOULD. We were dismissed from the restaurant and told not to pay for the wings that we offered to pay for despite the disgusting treatment and customer service. If you do not want to be treated poorly after you express a customer service discrepancy,...

Restaurant is very overpriced for the items that you are getting. Over 30.00 for a medium stuffed pizza, and $15.00 for and italian beef sandwich. This restaurant chain started in Chicago, so i had very high hopes for this meal. My husband is from Chicago, and I love the Italian beef sandwiches, but Nancys italian beef was less than sub-par. (Compared to other Chicago italian beef sandwiches. Now, even though i was extremely disappointed with the sandwich, i was surprisingly impressed by the pizza. I did have a taste of the pizza, and it was delicious! The girl that sat us was very pleasant and helpful, however the waitress was not. They seemed to be short staffed (but who isn't these days), Never returned to refill drinks, or check with us to see if the food was acceptable. Only returned to drop off the check.

Unfortunately, we will not be going back, which is a shame, because my hubby does love his Chicago style pizza. So, i guess he will have to wait until our next trip back north.

(Edit). I have worked in the restaurant business (as management and wait staff)the majority of my life, AND I also own my own business. I understand about costs, overhead, etc. I also understand about charging premium prices for premium food. Which , sorry to say, your food is not premium but the prices are. I also understand that prices should vary depending on the market you are in... you are not in Chicago. You are in Douglasville. This was an opinion of my visit, and I stand behind said opinion. Maybe someone messed up your product for the day, who knows? Maybe retraining your staff and teaching them to be attentive and to anticipate what their customers need may make someone elses opinion a better one.

Maybe open your eyes to what is going on in your restaurant, but then...

I have been two times now, Pizza has been delish. I really want to try the stuffed pizza. Wings are on point and great size. It’s a lil pricy. I’m not a Cesar salad fan, but their’s is top notch. Yes it takes time to get order, but understand everyone is understaffed. If you want fast food, go to fast food. I say this because, while picking up to go this afternoon, there was a lady whom came in, after the person behind me. And was so rude, for no reason what so ever. The lady working the register (whom was also prepping food in the back) took the persons order who came in behind me, call her customer C had already made statements under her breath about her order not being ready. When customer B finished placing her order Customer C ask if that was proper protocol to skip her and allow someone else to order, mind you she came in after customer B. Customer C was very rude stating that this was her first and last visit, and that she would tell her “office” not to order from them. Then walks to the dining area I guess to complain to someone else. Lol her food was ready when she got there, she had to wait for one person to order.. I guess she thinks because she placed an online order the staff should just drop everything for them? Lady behind the counter was polite and professional to her. Anyways- When her review comes have no fear, it’s all a lie and will be happy to provide the video of the entire ordeal as I was watching/recording Biden on tv playing with filters and happen to...

Came out for our friend’s birthday dinner. Firstly, I’d like to say is that the food is DELICIOUS 🤤. However, the service is not great. Our server is nice enough I suppose. We’d know more but he’d actually have to stop by and check on us. Especially since it’s taking over an hour for us to receive our meal. 1 medium stuffed pizza. Mind you, idk how long it takes to make one of their pizzas. So I’ll give them that. Also, we were celebrating our friend so it’s not a huge deal. It’s just something I noticed. We ordered our drinks when we sat down, 2 cokes with lemon and a bud light. It took about 15 min for the cokes to come without the lemons. But after a reminder, he brought the lemon slices when he refilled our drinks. The bud light never came. He brought a michelob ultra instead. But we’re not the type of people to return food/drinks so we took it. Light beer is light beer. We ordered cheesy bread also and it was super good… but we never got the marinara sauce which is totally sad when we were charged for it. But don’t worry! They took it off for us! And were nice about it. I suppose that’s that’s why the review is a 3 star. I just think the customer service could be better considering the place is DEAD. We will come back. But only for pick-up.

We tried Nancy’s Pizza today. OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING!!! Seriously everyone needs to eat here. It’s a family run franchise, the owner came over to catch with my mom about their shared love of Chicago and deep dish pizza. The GM is his daughters and they took great care of us. They source their meats directly from Chicago and the owner was trained there by prestigious pizza professionals (not ninja turtles. We checked.) so he knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend them. Get dessert and a salad too. I got a Caesar salad, Chocolate chip cookie pie, and thin crust with chicken, onions, and basil. They roast the onions (heavenly!). The salad was to die for. And the cookie was the perfect ending. My mom got the deep dish, mixed green salad, a Margarita, and a blueberry cookie pie. The margarita was on the thick side but tasted great, they make their own salad dressing which was great, the blueberry pie was yummy My daughter got a kids cheese pizza. Which was so good. Service was amazing. I’d recommend this place for families and friends just meeting to hang out. The outdoor area looks nice too! It takes a bit longer to get your food, but it’s made to order and it’s not actually that long. Like maybe 10-15 minutes but it’s so worth it.

If I could give Nancy”s a 20 star rating I would. I am a true chicagoian from Wrigleyville. I know chicago pies and beefs. Ladies and gentlemen, this is an authentic Nancy”s Chicago style pizza restaurant. The crust is the proper cornmeal, the sausage is perfectly seasoned with the fennel and is Greco , the sauce is a Stanislaus red tomato base, and the cheese mix is on point. And remember folks, if it’s a Chicago style, thin crust pie, the toppings are actually under the cheese. So if you get a half pepperoni, they’re just gonna put one on top on one side so you know where the pepperoni is. You didn’t just get ONE pepperoni LOL. I was blessed to meet the owners Lynn and Tracy. They are actual owner / operators and they are at their business in the morning, prepping your food, so it is fantastic for you when you show up in the afternoon. Do you know how I know….., I can taste it!!! I am so happy to find a true chicago pie in the southeast. I actually drove five hours from Charleston South Carolina to eat here and I’m so happy I did. Go here and eat IMMEDIATELY!! You will not be disappointed. Go CUBBIES!!!
