Hardee’s — Restaurant in Dover

So woooowwww. My last post was EXTREMELY different than this one. Jayla was and continues to be amazing, as does Ashley, who makes my day , daily. Well thru the week they are able to but sadly the weekend crew is completely different in every way. They are not friendly, they are constantly confused, and the food is never even close to my weekday breakfast. It's sad because I literally visit this store every single morning. On my way to work or on my days off. That's my little guilty pleasure. But the weekends have gotten to be sooo bad. There is one young girl that works weekends that I love, she trys so hard and you can see it, I wish I knew her name, But she CAN'T do it by herself! So trying to find a new weekend spot to visit!! I need Avery, Ashley, Jayla, and the young boy that cooks to keep being the sweet amazing helpful people they are!! I appreciate you!!! I’m here at Hardee’s. It’s not only hot in the lobby like no A/C and hot outside (not because of customers going in and out as there is only a couple in here), but my husband asked when ordering if can cut his sandwich in half and was told he can be given a knife and they gave him a small plastic knife in a wrapper. No smiles or recognizable friendliness. Every time we come here the floor is sticky up front. Have not been here in a while so I know it must be ongoing. Got unsweetened tea and poured it back out cos smells sourly. This is my first review of this Hardee’s because decided to as every time we have come here we are not pleased with the serving attitudes. I really like Hardees. This location was a disappointment. I picked up food from their drivethrough this evening for myself and my family. The server was courteous. I ordered 4 meals (2 adult meals and 2 childrens meals). Not a big order at all...but I had to pull off and wait in my car. It was brought out to me roughly around 10 minutes later (not fast food). I brought the food home only to find that my soft drink, had almost no syrup in it (it tasted like selzter water) and our burgers were overcooked, dry and dissapointing (and missing some fixings). The fries were good. I was so hungry I just ate it, though my wife could not suffer through it. My children tried to make me feel better about it though they were not...
