Rating so low for customer service. Called in my order when I got there I stood at the front desk area for over twenty minutes before being acknowledged. Once the lady saw me she said hold on a moment and called for someone else who took over ten minutes to come up to the desk, the restaurant only had around four customers. I explained to her I had a called in order and she tryed to give me a order that was just sitting on the table for door dash, I told her it wasnt mine and she told me you said you were picking up at 6:20, i had remind her it is almost 7pm now and i have been standing here for thirty minutes. She said hold on again and wait for my order, I waited around ten more minutes she said they had to re do the order handed me my bag before I could even check it she disappeared. I looked through the bag had paid for extra chips and salsa and recieved one salsa, I went back to the counter and waited, no one came up, I called the store number and could here the phone ringing and no one answered. The service sucks! They have new servers etc who are trying. When I say new this might’ve been our servers first or second day as evident by her jitters. The first booth she was going to seat us at was dirty so she sat us at another booth that was dirty. I had to ask her to wipe the table and it took 10 minutes for her to come back with a rag to do so. The salsa was soupy and didn’t even stay on the chips. Tomato soup was thicker than the salsa! There was 0 customers in there besides me & my husband and yet we waited 15-20 minutes for a pathetic tasteless lime margarita. Our server was new and she was trying, nothing against her, but I’ve been there when it’s busier and had better service. The nicest thing I can say was the fajitas were piping hot BUT they were plain and had no seasoning and were tasteless so how good was it really??? It was a total waste of time & money it was more of a donation. The best thing we had were the shots of tequila. Will not return. Step up your game before the game is over for this location. Where do I begin. I should have started by not entering this restaurant...again. Our family of seven was seated immediately. The hostess barely said 2 words as we were seated. Our waiter Omar did not speak much at all. He appeared to be disinterested in is as customers and in his job. 2 of our meals were wrong and had to be sent back. Staff could be heard yelling in the kitchen over the repeatedly wrong orders. I asked for a margarita and never received it. We waited 30 minutes for refills that never appeared. When we asked about them he said," I'll get back to you." When our waiter realized we were leaving he ran and tried to slide 3 drinks on the table and then followed us up front to make sure we paid. That was the most action we saw of him all evening. None of the staff seemed to care. At one point we raised our hands (yes ...like little children in class) to get attention and service.
