Burger King — Restaurant in Dover

Ugh...first I go to the R.V. BK...and I order the fried pickle ranch whopper...all good ...YAY! GONNA HAE FRIED PICKLES ON A BURGER! pay for it...and then I get the kid coming out to tell me that there are no fried pickles for it, do I still want it...ummm? No? I don't still want it...I have pickle ranch at home I can put on a regular whopper if I didn't want the pickles..like arguing with me about how it's no different...I DRINK PICKLE JUICE...I'm a pickle fanatic!!!! like there IS a difference..so then I just say give me money back I'll go over to the other burger king by tarjay...lol ...fine no problem. .../et there, ask if they have the pickles for it ...she said yes...I said yay ...so I ordered it...she was nice and it so totally isn't her fault ...but that it sucked....lol. I was sooooo disappointed...the pickles were wayyy over cooked and they had put so much ranc that everything was sliding off...lol...I was soooo disappointed! Lol ...and the bacon wasn't crispy, it was beef jerky-ey...kinda tough? Lol. I mean no one was rude or nasty. ..I wasn't...the service was good in both places even if the kid tried to convince to get something that didn't have the main ingredient on it...but it was...

Stopped while traveling through Dover. Arrived at 10:45pm and was asked if I had a mobile order. I said no, we are placing a regular order. The worker said, sorry ma’am we just took the last order. I asked when they closed, she said 11pm and that they stopped taking orders earlier than that so they could leave at 11. Mind you, Google says they are open until midnight on Fridays. We asked for the manager. She said she was the manager but laughed and refused to provide her name because “shes not required”, also stating she didn’t know who the owner was because “she just works there”. At that point there were 4 cars behind us and 2 in front and we were trapped in the drive thru. Management here is a joke I'm not sure if they are understaffed continuously or very unorganized but its ridiculous !!! When they mess the order up and you call the manager is said to be "too busy right now" this confuses me your too busy to talk to a very unsatisfied customer because that's the name I gave when I was asked who wants to speak with the manager. Even after saying I'm a very unsatisfied customer she proceeded to have the employee lie and say she herself was the manager and to call Cory the General Manager in the morning if its that big of a problem. How in the world are you a manger ?? Without customers you would not have a job yet you are too busy for customers? And when you mess up paying customers orders to say if its that big of a deal is not a way to keep customers. Very sad and disappointing this is what the area I live in has to deal with if you want to eat...
