I wish I could rate this place a big fat ZERO..So many things went wrong that I really dont want to rehash the horrible experience I had by writing this review!..However, I will give you the important details. The owner Jim, is super nasty and racist. The suite is musty, dirty, and wreaked of odor!..There were no toiletries or soap, except for what looked as if someone left behind(along with a dirty used razor). I slept on the couch because the bed had ants!..I tried to make the best of a horrible situation since I had already paid for 2 nights. Also it felt like I was being watched in my room!..The straw that broke the camel's back was when I had food delivered, Jim yelled and screamed at the driver, and demanded that the food be handed over to his very very young Asian wife(who looks extremely afraid). When the driver contacted me to come retrieve my food, I heard Jim myself ranting at the driver saying "You people"and telling the driver to get out! I took my food , packed up my belongings right then, and told Jim I was leaving..1 day early. HE DID NOT RETURN ANY OF MY MONEY. This was the absolute worst hotel/ suite ever!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT STAY...
Read moreI delivered food to a customer of this establishment today. I was given instructions to contact the front desk to gain access to the gated facility. Upon calling the number I explained I am delivering food and would like to have the gates opened. The owner who I have now learned via reading other reviews whose name is Jim, started yelling at me. Demanded I contact the customer, which I did, I asked him what side of the building (as there are 4 sides) people normally meet food delivery drivers? For some reason this caused him to get even more angry with me. He came out with his wife in tow demanding I give his wife the food and that she would deliver it, which I declined as I had my customer on the phone and she was on her way out to meet me. Jim continued to yell at me through my closed window and told me to leave his property. This guy is certifiably insane. It’s a hotel, of course people are going to order food. Read moreLast year we decided to stay for 3 days on week of Valentines. The staff was beyond hospitable. They give you a tour of the room and the premises. The customer service on the phone could use some work. However I didn't let the impression keep me from really seeing it in person. The face of the hotel that day was so nice. I still feel the type of hotel should have more professional uniform for the first or lasting impression. However they work very hard on the other parts of the premises. It shows. I don't know what these other reviews experienced because I have had great ones.
