Naz's Halal Food - Dover — Restaurant in Dover

I've ordered takeout on two separate occasions. First, the food was really good. I've ordered the regular hot wings, bbq hot wings, fries and mozz sticks. All really good. I don't care for "saucy" wings too much so the spicy breaded look was my jam! The hot bbq - that ish is HOTTTT and I have a nice spice tolerance so beware! During my first visit I had placed two orders but they only gave my son one and he had to walk back inside in the rain to get the second one.

My second visit was today and I personally went inside to pick up (ordered online - app is great btw) there were about 4 ppl waiting on orders sitting down. I walked up and waited for someone to acknowledge me but the 3 workers were behind the counter (where they prep food) and just looked - no one bothered to walk up and acknowledge ppl walking in. 3 more ppl followed behind me, one girl walked smooth up to the counter (that's when an employee finally came to register) and said she called in an order and the girl started getting her stuff - like hello I was there first??? So my gripe is w/ the service and staff.

Please acknowledge customers when they come in and take them in the order they arrive! That's common sense. There was zero urgency from the staff when all these ppl were waiting and this is during a lunch rush at 1:30pm. This isn't a problem just at this spot but across the food industry as a whole, no one has a sense of efficiency, common sense or paying attn to detail and it can be quite frustrating esp when ppl are on short lunch breaks and trying to get in and out hence me ordering and paying online.

I'm still going to come back but y'all need to tighten up that front line staff it was very unorganized...

ORDERED THROUGH UBER EATS . TO THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE : I Received no sauces which are an intricate part of this type of food . The receipt is white and extremely detailed in bold . it literally instructs the worker to read it !!! Sweetie this is dry. chicken looks like cat food . Pulverized and a shredded choke hazard. You’re serving chicken dust to cut costs . everything is dry and needs a sauce which you provide when it’s convenient to you . My soda was also the wrong one .hello ? The lettuce was a Safety issue because it’s brown and slimy . At this time of the night u gotta check that salad . It smelled musty . Ok salmonella . These people just opened up . Spoke to a Female manager . Did nothing but breathe . Falafel with no sauce are you kidding me !!!! And it didn’t help that it took an hour for this food to get delivered . Never ordering again . The taste is good no doubt, I ordered 1 cheeseburger, 1 combo rice platter and 1 Philly cheese steak.

The downside is the waiting time for my order to get ready was about almost half an hour. 3 customers that came after me got their orders first, why?

And one of the customer ordered like 5 rice platters, 5 or more philly cheesesteaks and get her order ahead of me! Did you guys have any problem to get my order ready first?

And one more thing the consistency of the amount of food served is not the same as the one I got free from Dover Masjid during iftar.

The rice on the combo rice platter I ordered was half than before, the beef + chicken was so little, the rice platter was loaded with salads only.

Please improve your consistency and please get the order done first come first serve.
