This was definitely not my favorite Starbucks. I ordered an iced mocha and the barrista corrected me and said it's technically called a mocha latte, is that what you're asking me for. I was taken back and explained I wanted an iced mocha and it's what written on the menu. She said well, unless you order by the name it technically is, I'm not sure what you want. I said I no longer want the coffee, I'd like a cinnamon roll for my son, not knowing the name has changed. She said we don't carry those anymore. So I pointed to what he wanted and she said those are no longer called cinnamon rolls, they're called morning buns. I politely cancelled my order and found a different Starbucks where the barristas were a bit more polite and worked off of the words on the menus, not the technicalities that made it impossible for this employee to even provide...
Read moreSooo... I had given up on going to Starbucks because all the one's I have experienced in Columbus and even the one here in Middletown, Deleware was kinda racist and just made me feel like I was bothering them when I walked in so I said I would never drink at a Starbucks again.
So I just relocated a month ago and this Starbucks day one treated and talked to me like I was a person and one of their customers that they were happy to serve. Customer service is AWESOME; they suggested things to make my drink taste better. They hold conversations/small talk while they are making your drinks and they have pleasant attitudes. I have not had one inkling of a bad experience here. The drinks taste awesome all of the time and they also have fun at work which you can tell in the atmosphere.

Read moreI don't want to leave a bad review like this, but what happened to me was so ridiculous and absurd that I had to share. I always order the same coffee on my way to work, which is a cold foam coffee with extra foam. However, when I received my coffee, it didn't seem to have the extra foam I requested. So, when I asked the barista if my coffee had the extra foam, she just stared at me and didn't give me a straight answer. After a while, she finally said "yes" which it wasn’t. I travel a lot for work and have been to many Starbucks locations, but I have never been treated like this before.
