Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Downey

I guarantee you that its worth going the extra mile to another restaurant to buy food or if you're buying late night and every other place is closed or closing, id recomend you to wait till the morning for your favorite restaurant to open, in other words Do Not settle for this restaurant believe me its not worth it. Issues that ive had: Rude service( cold shoulders ) They take my orders wrong when im specific about what i want (happens 98% of the times) Limited to what id like to order (food isnt that good hear) Ive gotten charged different prices on different days for the same burrito & Salsa is cold so im assuming they keep it in a bucket of ice and water because i ask for extra salsa and it literaly taste like water and i tiny bit like chile. I just thought of something, this place should be closed down. A simple taco stand on the side walk generate better ratings than this...

If you've been to one Alberto's, you've been to this Alberto's. Everything you were after when you headed here is in its proper place on the menu. Spanish soap operas playing on the t.v. Orange Bang machine is running. Super fries prepared promptly. So far, so good. Let me just grab about 12 things off salsa and... Wait, what? WHERE IS THE SALSA BAR!!!! These guys aren't playing. After so many years of sloppy, wasteful, greedy salsa hoarding, the Downey Alberto's said no. You can have a reasonable serving of each variety, and if you need some more you can look us right in the eyes and ask for exactly how many you need. This place sucks. Service sucks,food, sucks. I seriously hate this place. Read their reviews on yelp. Been 5 times and something is always wrong, bad, awful and get an attitude every time we say something. The last straw was we got a chilli relleno and it was cold inside. So we asked for a new one. He microwaved it. The cream was hot,lettuce was hot and the salsa we put on it was hot. We sent it back. Later the lady said "next time order something else. This takes to long to cook". Excuse me! We will order what ever we want and expect it fresh. Don't have that on your menu of you can't make it right the first time and it takes too long. Never going back.
