Unfortunately my bad experience with this location is not the 1st time. Placing the order via the app is simple however the young lady was having an issue and called over another women, after a few minutes they decided to send me to the main window and just let them know that I have 2 orders ready. I get there and they said I had not paid but I added money through the app that showed successful and yet the gentleman requested that I pay another form. I showed the paid amount on my app and time and was there for some time. Another lady approached did something on the computer scanned my phone and that was finished. The lady that gave me the food said have a great day. In other circumstances that would have been fine but in this scenario what they should have said is apologize for the long wait, I interacted with 5 people from the start and no one had the thought to see the issue and brushed it off. On top of that I had to park, get off with my child to get the rest of the order that was not given to me and even then I still didn't get an apology. Every order I've received has been fresh, accurate, and up to the high standards you expect from Chick-fil-A. On a few rare occasions, I’ve experienced missing items when ordering through the mobile app in the drive-thru, but the staff has always addressed the issue quickly and professionally, usually providing a voucher for the inconvenience. The drive-thru is especially well managed even during peak hours, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The team keeps things moving efficiently and always greets you with a friendly attitude. Customer service here is topnotch, as expected from the brand. Parking can be a bit tight, especially during busy times, which is why I prefer the drive-thru. However, this minor drawback doesn’t take away from the overall positive experience I’ve consistently had at this location. A bonus is the boba tea shop conveniently located next door. Read moreTypically this location and it's staff is pretty consistent. Nothing too different from any other location however my last visit was really disappointing. So much so it sours my previous experiences. I drove and attempted to get in the drive through when one of the employee's was blocking off the entrance with cones 20 minutes prior to closing just as I'm pulling right up to him. You would think asking the guy nicely if he could move the cones so I can order but he told me that the kitchen is closed and will not have any food or drinks for me. I hope the company isn't training the staff to be this rude with their actions and verbiage. The struggles of the fast food workers doesn't go over my head but you can't deny service or entry when the business is still open. It was pretty obvious they wanted a head start on closing up the place so they can go home or whatever. What a waste of time and gas just to speak with this jaded Edgar hair cut teen.
