My Home Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Downey

Unsafe, disgusting, disrespectful delivery service. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses are doing their best to provide great customer service, It is so disappointing that the personnel at a  restaurant in which we place our trust acts in a disrespectful manner only because the tip did not satisfy the delivery person’s demand or because a customer’s feedback is not pleasant to the manager’s ears. The person that appears in the video or photos (Yelp and Google) is the Restaurant’s delivery person, he is not a third party. He took revenge for an unsatisfactory tip by spitting and coughing at the person receiving the food who was with a less than 6 feet distance from him, we were in the safety of our home following all the recommendations indicated by The health department and our Government and suddenly some unprofessional delivery person acts disrespectfully by performing the above-mentioned actions against us, and I say us because he knew there were other people in the house because the main door was open and my kids were playing around and can be heard, he also heard me when I said that the person picking up the food was going to be there soon to receive the food. The delivery was contactless but I forgot completely about it. After Posting my review on Yelp, I came across other negative reviews about the delivery service, a tip is demanded, and attitude was given when the delivery person was not satisfied with the tip. The managing personal at the restaurant is very unprofessional  and disrespectful because when I provided my feedback and requested for the delivery employee’s name, the lady started to be very defensive up to the point that I was banned from ordering from them, very poor customer service. But the fact that the delivery person did this is very disappointing and shows how much there is a need at My Home Chinese Restaurant for training or new personnel/employees, Now after experiencing this it has me thinking what is it done in the kitchen when the food is prepared? Be careful when ordering on line from this place, I didn’t include a tip because I am not satisfied with their customer service and they contacted Grubhub/Yelp which is the app I used to placed the order and the restaurant requested Grubhub/Yelp to place an extra charge as tip and they did charge me without my authorization, I contacted Grubhub/Yelp and got a refund. Tip is giving only if your satisfied with their service and it is not mandatory, this place wants to make it a must even if their service is not good. Below is my review I did some time ago.

Food is good, just we careful when you order on line due their pictures could not be the correct ones, I tried to order Fried rice with BBQ however what I actually ordered was only BBQ pork, I called the restaurant immediately after I got the order to explain my mistake and that their pictures are not the correct ones but first they said that it was more expensive the other one which I was OK to pay extra but at the end they couldn’t help me to get the correct food even it was 50% on them for posting incorrect pictures. It's incredible what happened to me today in this place. I arrived for the first time at 8.15pm. The woman who served with a terrible attitude, I paid 15 dollars for my plate. I sit down to eat, and after 5 minutes she rudely tells me that it's closed and I have to go. I agreed and told her that I'm just done and she said no, I have to leave because it's closed. She and a man wait for everything very quickly. They turn off all the lights and leave. They wanted to leave me locked up. I shout to them that what is happening is serious and they say yes. I was very upset and I threw my plate because I was so angry and I went out to say who the owner or manager is and they say that no one is. I'm sorry for throwing the plate but they turned off the lights and wanted to lock me in. I swear I'm telling the truth and they have cameras and I'm going to take action on this.
