4th UPDATE 09/14/23 I ordered through Doordash a Stuffed crust pizza and they sent me something else of lesser value but not what I paid for.
3rd UPDATE 9/5/21: I ordered DELIVERY and the driver forgot half my order. Since the pizza is picked up from the PORTAL and FYI Brownie M&Ms cant be put in their the DRIVER is suppose to ask if there's anything more to add to the delivery before he leaves and he didn't so I received n incomplete food order. According to KID that answer at the Pizza place when I called. He was nice. To bad their delivery systems has flaws.
Their pizza is always fresh and delicious. My Favorite: Hawaiian. Location seems small. But neat.
UPDATE: My previous review was from 3 years ago. Today I had to come back and change my 5 star to a one star. I am uploading pics of the 2 pizzas I order. They arrived damaged totally lopsided one got stuck together impossible to shape back again...my kids where laughing but disappointed. Did paid for this? No. I called the store and they blame the driver and unlinked themselves from any responsibility. I spoke with the stores asistant manager who declined 4 times to let me speak to her manager because she kept saying I was going to hear the same thing she was saying "Once the pizza leaves our store it is not our responsibility" I did spoke to Jennifer (manager) who said she couldnt let me speak to her boss but that she would take my number. She revealed to me they do special meetings specifically to learn to say that. To decline any request for refuns or credit. I called 800 number to speak to Corporation. Read more08/10/17 (15:00-1600 hrs.) My first ever experience here was regretful. I almost asked for my money back after the terrible service in general. If the one on Rosecrans had been open, then I would have gone there. One if the employees took the liberty of insulting me... I was going to let it go until he went to the back kitchen "bragging" about what he said to me. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager defended the employees rudeness and became dismissive. There something to be said about a food service where there is "No Discipline" on the floor and employees/managers lack basic respectful, social skills towards customers. Customer service was terrible and was told it was 10-12 minute wait which turned out to be just under 40 minutes. Kept messing up people's orders in front of us and just overall a bad experience. There was also zero compensation for waiting as long as we did. Would definitely not recommend this location. My sister and I were one of 7 people waiting over by the way.
