Terrible customer service and rude as hell! We have bought 3 rings from the one in Cerritos (which we love) and just walked by to see what they had when we were in Stonewood. They tried to scam us from the first second. We asked about a ring which had a sticker price of 10,000 and it said 75% off all over the store. I know this is typical practice for a jewelry store. She came back with a price of 2,600. We then told her we were looking for something bigger because it was time to upgrade. We had 2600 in her wedding rings we had already purchased. We then looked at another right which had a price of 9500 on it. She for some reason thought because I was white that I wouldn't understand her ask her manager what to give us off. Her manager said cincuenta. She then gave us some garbage on how it was a nicer ring and told us it was 4500. I called her out on it right away and asked her if she thought I was stupid. She then tucked her tail between her legs and ran back to her manager and came back and said 3200 with a completely disgusted look on her face. I'm sorry but does me not being an idiot inconvenience you in some way? I recommend if you go to this Kevins take some lube with you cause these ignorant broads are terrible at what they do. I would give this location NO STAR if I could. Please QUALITY CHECK THE ITEM!!!!! The sale associates are ordinary have simple conversations but lack knowing how to do there jobs. Do not come to this location your better off Cerritos trust me much better quality of item and staff. My item today had no battery not to mention the manager lupe clearly can’t read as she rung up my credit card under the wrong company and proceeded to tell me that I had a card that doesn’t work clearly she didn’t see in bright writing that she was using the wrong company to ring me up and as soon as I mention it’s not my card it’s you ... she then realized the issue .. it went through.
