Never ever taker your pieces for a fixer here! Such a bad experience. I took a ring to this location because I wanted to be clean. I asked an associated ( blond in the middle 40) if I could get i price. She did and she told me that she could clean that for me for free and asked me what kind of stone were there. I did not know because the ring was gifted by my grand mother. She tested and told me that were not diamonds which I expected. I asked her if she could test other 5 rings that were gifted as well. She did And she told me that she could clean them for me for free. After 5 seconds she return with 4! She told me that I was only give her 4.! I told her that I knew that were 5. We spend 10 m on this argument. After A while and my insistence she found the ring in another yellow deposit that she used to put the teeth brush that she used to clean those rings. What a coincidence… such a bad experience. And after all she told me, are you leaving the ring to fix?! I told her NO. Never trust this store...

My fiance and I are getting married in May and have been looking the past couple of months for a wedding band he really likes. We went to another Kays back in December and my fiance was able to try on a few white gold rings he liked but still decided to keep his options open. We went to so many stores but the one ring he loved at Kays stood out the best. We went to Kays in a different city and the customer service was horrible there. Yesterday we decided to try this store and right away we were helped out! The lady that helped us was extremely nice and not pushy at all. We wanted to check out one more jewelry store in the mall before making our final decision. After looking at other rings, my fiance loved the one at Kays. Looked EVERYWHERE for a stitch necklace and couldn’t find it! Until I found it at Kay jeweler’s! Called them up and spoke with Nathan and right off the bat this gentleman knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable and accurate in their stock and even helped me right away to get a discount! He went the extra mile just to help me get what I needed. The service in store was more than satisfactory and the people there went above and beyond to help me achieve my purchase! I highly recommend going there for all your jewelry needs either look for Nathan or David! They will definitely point you in the right direction! Wish I could give this store more than 5 stars!
