I took my my wedding ring here to have a missing diamond replace, which at the time they said they would check for any loose prones and secure them if any found loose.Well when I I received my ring back it was not the same as it was . Besides replacing one missing diamond he had polished my ring so much to where the prones on one side of my ring was no longer the same height as the other side as it was,also bringing the center of my ring which was a tab higher than both sides that was the same height .Now I have one side higher than the other on top of the center being the same height the ring was over polished to the point prones around thoes stones are now not secure because over polishing grinds down the prones and that's what he did with my ring has to it's no longer sitting above the two sides as it was when I brought it in.And for this I advise everyone to be aware of having any work here if it involves diamonds or prone work.The whole style of my custom made ring is now a different ring that doesn't look as it did.It took me seeking the expertise of another jeweler to explain to me what had been done to my ring to change the look . My initial mine set was he had replace my center stone with a smaller one and that's why it set lower because it definitely was not as it was when I brought it in there I learned after speaking with an expertise jeweler that over polishing could possibly be the cause but instead of him trying to resolve his wrong by taking responsibility for his mistakes and try to fix it he chose to argue with me as if I'm not the owner of this ring and don't know what my ring looked like.Who would not know what their wedding ring looks like!! I Will never go there again!!!Not professional if he was he would have acknowledged that he did something wrong and that yes possibly over polishing may of been the cause or not the point is he did nothing to remy a problem he cause . Without customers you have no business and a good business never let's a customer leave unhappy with their services.And I will make it aware on every platform the bad service...
