In the realm of culinary delights, where flavors dance in symphony, one dish stands out as a masterpiece of taste – the Al Pastor Taco. As I embarked on a flavor journey, I couldn't help but ponder the mathematical precision and the scientific artistry that went into crafting this culinary marvel.

Channeling the words of the legendary mathematician Pythagoras, who once said, "There is geometry in the humming of the strings, there is music in the spacing of the spheres," I found an analogous harmony in the geometry of the Al Pastor taco. The perfect circle of the tortilla encapsulates a symphony of textures and tastes, much like the cosmic alignment of planets in a celestial dance.

Taking the first bite, I couldn't help but recall the wise words of Albert Einstein, who famously remarked, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." The culinary imagination behind the Al Pastor taco transcends knowledge, offering an explosion of flavors that defies expectation. The marinated pork, a symphony of spices, creates a flavor profile that challenges the taste buds in the most delightful way.

Just as quantum physics explores the unpredictability of particles, the Al Pastor taco introduces an element of surprise with each bite. The interplay of pineapple, cilantro, and onion brings a burst of freshness, a quantum leap for the palate that leaves you craving more.

As I indulged further, the words of Carl Sagan echoed in my mind, "If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe." In the case of the Al Pastor taco, the universe is composed of time-honored traditions, perfected over generations. The slow-cooked al pastor meat is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship that goes into creating a dish that transcends the boundaries of ordinary taste.

In the grand tapestry of culinary experiences, the Al Pastor taco stands as a testament to the interconnectedness of flavors, reminiscent of the interconnected theories of renowned physicists. As Richard Feynman once said, "Nature uses only the longest threads to weave her patterns," and in this case, the Al Pastor taco weaves a tapestry of culinary excellence that lingers in the memory long after the last bite.

In conclusion, the Al Pastor taco is not just a dish; it's a mathematical equation, a scientific exploration, and a culinary symphony that harmonizes tradition and innovation. As the great minds of mathematics and physics have shaped our understanding of the universe, the Al Pastor taco shapes our understanding of flavor, leaving an indelible mark on the taste buds – a true masterpiece in the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Mexican restaurant Tuesday 10/24 in the afternoon, and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed my visit. The combination of delicious food, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made for an exceptional dining experience.

First and foremost, the food was phenomenal. I had both the Tacos al Pastor and the Chicken Enchiladas, and each dish was a burst of flavor that took my taste buds on a delightful journey. The Tacos al Pastor were perfectly seasoned and had that authentic smoky, spicy kick that I adore. The Chicken Enchiladas were equally delectable, with tender, well-cooked chicken and a mouthwatering sauce that left me wanting more.

But what truly sets this place apart is the service. The owner and the staff were exceptional - attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure every customer had a great experience. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for the menu were infectious, and they made excellent recommendations. It's clear that they take pride in what they do, and it reflects in the quality of the food and service.

The warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. It's a cozy place that makes you feel at home, and it's evident that the owner and the team care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for their guests.

I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Whenever I'm in the area, this Mexican restaurant will be at the top of my list. I genuinely wish them the best success because they truly deserve it. If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine and exceptional hospitality, this is a must-visit spot. Don't miss out on the opportunity to savor some of the best Tacos al Pastor and Chicken...

First 2 times, had a good experience then after that it went downhill and I haven't been back. I guess the place got hyped up and food quality went down ,the same with service, clean tables,or decent food. Last few times I went there, it only had a family of 3 eating and they were just paying to leave. The waitress took us to a dirty table to sit down, lucky my husband speaks Spanish and told her to clean up the table, as for tables beside us had also dirty dishes. And NO we did the go during rush hour or right after. It was downtime. She decided to sit us there even thou there was a couple tables cleaned. We had to grab our drinks from fridge, since she didn't even bothered getting it for us, and we had to once again call her out for the dirty fork and knife she had given to us. After that she didn't even check on us, wasnt like she was busy with customers (no one there besides us) she spend her time at the entrance talking to the cook in Spanish. The food could had been better, was salty and dry. We didn't finished it. The time to pay came and she was all smiles, and asked us how was the meal. Husband made sure he spoke Spanish so she could understand it perfectly: salty and dry, can u do a discount since we couldn't even finish it? Bluntly she said: oh no, we can't. Well, we paid for the meal but didn't have any tip. Bad...

Good food, great dessert, but slow service, and the remodel is already coming undone We trid this restaurant for the first time. I heard it was remodeled after the flood about a year and a half ago but it looks like parts are coming apart especially the flooring. Other than that the decor is cute and I like that they play Mexican music. When you get there you seat yourself which is normal at places like this but we weren't given menus so I went up to get them. We got our complementary chips twice before our food, which I think took a little longer than average about 30 minutes. I had to go back up front because they forgot our drinks. The complimentary chips and salsa were pretty good and so was the rest of the food we got, but I really loved the tres leches cake. I'll definitely be going back to just get slices of that cake. Although I really don't like the chicken tamale, it was very bland and barely had any chicken or green sauce. The prices were reasonable so I can definitely see us going back again.

Simple, yet welcoming restaurant serving plentiful and delicious food. The decor is very colorful and like the food, feels authentic. Service is a mix between "Hi, sit here and this is the menu" and "Get up to ask for a desert and pay the smiling lady on your way out". I am not complaining, just an observation - it's just small enough where this level of attention is just fine and the exit reminds me of Nudy's, which is a very pleasant, diner-like experience. The food was delicious and inexpensive. We might have another dinner and a half left from it. Especially the burrito - just you look at that thing! My fajitas were crisp, with great flavors through and through, and piping hot so I couldn't just dig in and eat (again, not a complaint). We received a recommendation to come here and overall, it didn't disappoint at all. We love supporting small, local businesses and think that we'll definitely be back sevaral times in the near future! Thank you!

Got the tacos Al Pastor Mexican style with refried beans as a side. The refried beans are tasty and have a texture to them that is really nice and makes me sure they are made fresh. The Al Pastor tacos have a good amount of meat and the spice level is perfect. The addition of chunck of pineapple is a detail that really makes this dish and also a detail that many Mexican restaurants miss. But El Tarasco gets that right. Amazing meal and a great price. They were even able to make sure that it would still look great even after I carried it back to my office. I will defintiely be returning.
