Honestly didn't know what to expect. I've been let down a few times foodwise by other places being that I had super high expectations since I am coming from California and hearing all the hype about Philly Food. Well, PrimoHoagies brought it! They exceeded my expectations plus their Dirt Pudding, wrapped pickles and Mozzi Balls are those extra touches that make the orders go over the top with a chef's kiss. Needless to say I highly recommend PrimoHoagies if you're in the area. It's worth the 3,000+ mile trip for me. The staff "Ron & Briana" are awesome they sold me, not to mention her photos are the main reason I came in the 1st place. Kudos!!! Check my profile, I'm a California Guy who just so happened to visit my work in Coatesville. I'm sending sandwiches home from here because words will never do this experience justice. This being my 1st ever visit to Pennsylvania, PrimoHoagies made it something to remember.

I went there tonight for National Hoagie day $7.99 primo size hoagie. I ordered 3 Italian hogies for my family. I asked for a side order of sweet peppers. And this is what I got. My hoagie was also wrong. I ask for sharp cheese on my Italian hoagie.. I actually got no cheese or onion. But they put tomato on mine, which I can't stand tomato!!! I really would wish people would start following directions. Or i'm gonna stop going to these fast food chain restaurants. But I do like a primo hoagie.

Should have just gone to Wawa if this is what I was going to get. Walked in and ordered to go. It's hard to tell how busy it is these days because of online orders, but it took a while. Get home and what a disappointment. I've eaten at all different primo locations, and the food is always consistent. I didn't know they were making sandwiches using left over Easter ham! Thickest lunch meat I've ever gotten on a sandwich anywhere as was the cheese. Waste of money

Everytime I order from this location there is something wrong, either speed or accuracy of order. I've stopped ordering delivery because I know it will arrive incorrect or missing items so I rather be there in person to fix it. The last time we ordered delivery they gave our driver the wrong order that had 14 sandwiches with it when we only ordered 2, a pretty big mess up and a huge waste of food. Almost everytime I go inside there is a crowd of angry customers standing around who have been waiting for way to long for their food. The website will tell you 30 minutes for an order but you will end up waiting over an hour easily if you're lucky. Even after waiting all that time the order is very likely to be wrong, either whole sandwiches missing or the wrong ingredients. There have been days they've turned off the online ordering portal because they are just too far behind and wait times are insane. Cannot tell you how many times I've seen people waiting inside, get their food and it was wrong and demanded a refund or just left. They regularly seem to forget to include the sides, chips or drinks you ordered or they will only give you a 1/2 lb of something when you order 1 lb. If you pay for extra meat or cheese, good luck because you won't receive it most of the time.

The employees seem like they are untrained, do not know how to handle the work load or simply lacking the correct amount of staff to run the store. One time I went in, they were slammed and one employee told me no manager showed up and another employee walked off the job earlier. Total management failure here, these employees are running around like chickens with no heads and setup for failure. They are not very good at problem solving, organization, accuracy and dealing with upset customers.

Honestly the only redeeming part of this store is the taste of the food. I've never had a bad tasting sandwich but the wait times, missing items and bad customer service make it hard to recommend. I live right around the corner from this location but I rather drive the 15 minute round trip to the Exton store to know my order will be made fast and accurately. Hopefully management is able to turn around this location as I truly do enjoy their food, when it's...

What a joke asked for a sandwich with all the fixings of an Italian but with NO MEAT, i have a child with a meat allergy.... extra cheese lettuce tomato onion sweet pep ect ect.... get to the car open up a sandwich there's meat on it. I go back inside tell them this was supposed to have no meat extra cheese blah blah the young man behind the counter says oh I thought you said meat no cheese. Then try to tell the kitchen employee that speaks no English no meat for the next 10 minutes. She takes the sandwich and starts picking the meat off and putting it back in the cold case..... I said no the meat was on the sandwich my kid has a meat allergy can you make another without touching meat. At the same time the young man hands me his cell phone saying my manager wants to talk to you. I take the call and she proceeded to tell me next time you order this is how you do it or it confuses us. I said ya know what just give me my 33 dollars back im going somewhere else" oh no we can't do that" and she tells the non English speaking employee to just remake the sandwich. She started making a new one the first thing she puts on the bread is MEAT ???? The young man was like no no no meat much cheese. Like what the heck is going in at this place worst primo hogies I have ever been to worst experience ever thinking about calling corporate about it. The manager on the phone Ani or ari what ever it was was rude I do not recommend going here go down the road to wawa awful. Unfortunately I threw out the sandwich cause she contaminated it with meat the second time and I wasn't arguing or standing there for another 20 minutes watching then try to have a conversation in broken English. Look im not a complainer or this type of person but if you're in the customer service food services industry at leased be able to speak or understand your...

Just when i thought they could not get worse. My wife and daughter for fathers day got and get some hoagies 2 sharp italian and a turkey. What we received was a Mess! My daughter told them no onions on her because she is allergic and mine was supposed to have roast beef added. What we got was 1 with no hot cap and loaded with onions and Honey Mustard because the woman at front said there is no regular mustard and i got a was a Onion Sandwich with 2 slices of salami and a half a slice of American cheese it looks like. This place has turned into a complete joke. My wife had to go in and ask for the oil and mayo packs and the woman gave her a hard time at the counter for it. Lets not even talk about trying to communicate with the staff and actually order something the language barrier is horrible and i think if they didn't have pictures of the food in there everything would be completely wrong 100% of the time. I think the owner which i have had to speak to now 2x needs to be more involved with his operations or give up and move on to something else. This is ontop of me already been given both a $60 credit and a $35 credit on previous call in orders a few months ago which i have not redeemed due to the Quality of Food and Service. Best bet for anyone reading this is to goto Leones or Italian Village if you need it fast goto Wawa atleast it will be correct and better quality even know you loose...
