Highly recommend to avoid, the owner was very rude to me over the delivery i received. I only ordered one hoagie and the fact it showed up late didnt bother me. When i opened it up the whole thing flopped out as if someone just took all the ingredients and dumped them ontop of the roll & didn't have a clue how to roll it correctly. As well as the roll was very soggy on the one edge from the mess of meat, vegetables & cheese and the roll tasted as if someone touched it with dirty hands. Which clearly whoever layered the hoagie was not shown properly or just didn't care but i noticed there was very young kids working in there recently. When i ordered it was late at night and around 850pm they closed at 10pm and it was a snow storm out. I made sure to clear my driveway and i gave the delivery driver a $10 tip on a $15 order since he was driving out in such a bad condition. When i called and told jad what had happened he acted incoherent to what i was saying. I then explained again to him and i mentioned about it tasting as if someone had touched it with dirty hands. He kept telling me he was gonna hang up if i said that again and i told him how i tipped his driver well and that i just wanted him to refund me because i usually would order their hoagie. Instead he asks me why i tipped him so much and then kept gaslighting till i hung up. Sorry jad but if you wanna do business with people who lived here all their life you gotta show respect to keep our business i will not be supporting you anymore...

Recently ordered a special steak sandwich and was very pleased with the quality,delicious flavor and amount of steak/ toppings. Please remember to ask for no cheese on any sandwich or baked item when ordering otherwise they will include cheese. I enjoyed meeting Jad. As other customers mentioned in the website he is all about customer satisfaction and service! Jad’s is spotless inside and conveniently located. Fair priced. I made sure that I asked not to have ricotta cheese mixed into the sauce, Generous portion with a nice side salad and bread.Certainly plenty to enjoy! The salad was made with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, Greek olives, cucumber slices and delicious sweet peppers. My order was ready quickly too. Yum!
