Very bad experience here with the employees. I walked in & ordered pizza and was told to wait 25 min. So waited in the car outside and came back. I showed my receipt to the lady at the counter and for some reason the employee kept insisting she gave me my order which was entirely false so I reiterated a number of times that it wasn't me and I need my order. So another employee came out and asked if I still want my order or return payment because someone took the order. I said I still want my order but will return after I pick up my daughter. I return later to pick it up and the orig woman in the counter called another woman to give me the order. This other employee was very rude and mentioned that they made a new set of my order but I should go back and check my car if the order was there as the orig woman was on the phone at the time it was picked up. At this point I was furious that they are accusing me of something I didn't do so I mentioned that is not the way you treat customers. I am a person with integrity and honesty and these folks are wrongfully accusing me without any evidence. She even said they had cameras in the premises and I countered to review the cameras on spot to really see who took it. We can even file a police complain if that is the case. Look at your camera feeds (9/6/24 6:00-7:30 pm)!! She then just ignored my demands to review and ignored my request. Instead of owning up to the mistake and doing better, they doubled down with wrongful accusations and embarrassed me in the store. I tried to reach management but no one is answering. Read moreLast night we went online and ordered $50 of food a little before 9pm. They close at 10pm. Our order was confirmed and we were given a time of almost 9:30pm that it would be delivered. Well it never came and when I called they don’t answer the phone and their automated message told me my order had been cancelled. No communication from Pizza Hut that our order had been cancelled. I called again and was able to speak to a representative through their answering service who lied and said he didn’t know why our ordered said it had been cancelled and that it would be there in ten more mins, which would have been close to an hour from when we ordered it. Well it never arrived and I called again and spoke to another representative who said she “couldn’t see our order in her system” and I said I had gotten a message that it had been cancelled. She said “Well then Ma’am I can’t help you”. $50 is a big order and for them to cancel it with no communication is extremely unprofessional. Chalked it up to just opening and we would eventually try again. Just tried again today to place an order online for pick up. Went to check out placed the order and it re routed me to the home page with no confirmation page, no email. Called the store and an employee finally answered the phone with “phone number”, nothing else. You would think one would say “Hi, Pizza Hut Downingtown, how can I help you”. Told her I never got a confirmation after placing my order and could she double check. She said “mmhmm” and placed me immediately on hold to corporate customer service to which they never answered the phone. Ridiculous. Lost our business for good.
