Shopping here was fine, the only person that seemed to know what they were doing was the manager, and she was at least very helpful. The initial sales rep ordered the wrong dining room set and I fortunately caught it while looking at the invoice and had to go back to get it corrected. The manager, Stacey, was great and was able to get that refunded and the correct set ordered. It was not until that point that we were informed that delivery time was 8-12 weeks. We're at the 8 week mark now so I reached out to get an update just to get an idea of when we could expect it to be delivered, only to be told that it is being delayed until APRIL 2025, so an additional 4 months after the original delivery window. The store did honor the warranty and arranged for a repair, and the workmanship was guaranteed for 90 days. Now, the same issue has resurfaced 60 days later, and I’m being given the runaround between the store and the repair company. Each one is pointing fingers at the other, and neither is taking responsibility for fixing the problem. It’s extremely frustrating, and the customer service has been disappointing. I expected better for the amount of money I spent.
