I have given this Starbucks over 3 chances to get their act together. Not once have they given me good service, let alone exceptional. They are slow as could possibly be with at least 3 people in the drive-thru no matter the day or the time. They have 5 people staffed and seem to operate with only 2 and then carry understaffed stress because they're simply incompetent as baristas. They are snotty, always in a terrible mood which leads you to be in a bad mood to be topped off with a poorly made drink. They have a poor attitude when you show common courtesy asking to rectify your situation like missing cascara on the cascara cold brew or missing a brewed coffee from a mobile order... It's literally flicking your wrist to add cascara out of the seasoning container and it's pressing the tap for brewed coffee which is the simpliest request at a coffee shop!
I'm not going here again. I'll go into town or hop on 611 for 3 minutes to get better service and drinks from what I expect of and pay for...

They stare at you for 5 minutes before someone decides to take your order just so they can go back to ignoring you and not making anyone else's drinks. I ordered a cold foam cascara cold brew today. The cold foam tastes like strawberry because they didn't clean the blender then they didn't put cascara sugar on top. When I asked them to put some of the cascara sugar on it since I figured they probably just forgot, the server gave me an attitude and said they haven't had it in months. After I said thank you so much, they just huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes. It made me cry in the parking lot for 30 minutes. I understand working at Starbucks is very difficult so I try my best to be patient and nice with all the worker because I appreciate everything that they do. I did not deserve to be treated that way.
