Great first impression. I called and asked if they had a particular item in stock, they went to the shelf to make sure it was there and told me they had them in stock (which was nice of them to actually check since I was driving 30 minutes out of my way). She was very friendly.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was asked if I need any help, I said "I called" and before I could finish he asked "about the headphones?". I was impressed, communication between employees is rare these days and he knew exactly what I called about after speaking to the other associate.

He grabbed the items and rang me up without and issue. Despite it being (in my mind) and inconvenience for me splitting it between cash and my card he did it without any remarks or faces.

This store has great employees and got me exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes....

Music and Arts took our flute and agreed to repair it. They kept the flute for more than 3 weeks THEN called and said they wouldn’t repair the flute because the repairs cost more than the value of the instrument. They had the flute during winter concert month. Fortunately, our child’s flute teacher had a spare he could borrow for his flute solo.

It is an heirloom flute. We want it fixed, and it’s not their place to cap how much we sink on fixing it. We will find someone who will fix it. If they weren’t going to repair it, it could have been returned in under a week. Ridiculous. Lost all of our business, and anyone that values timely, honest repairs. There looks to be a master woodwind repair person in Pipersville, or we will just travel to Fretz...

The staff at Music and Arts is fantastic. Tucker and Sam work as a team to help you with instrument purchases. It was an absolute delight to buy a flute and a electric guitar/amp combo this summer for my kids. They took their time and educated me through-and-through over multiple visits. They were more interested in making sure I bought the right product for my kids needs rather than trying to up sell.
