Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

I get being inside the park this is going to cost more, but $66 for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and an 8 piece is CRAZY. I also waited almost 30 mins after ordering my food with no real updates. There's a pick up area inside, but apparently they don't utilize that and yell names out of a window. After I realized that I walked outside to wait, and wait, and wait. I asked a few times if my order was ready and was just told it's coming. They finally told me the hold up was the 8 piece and when they finally gave me my bag the 8 piece wasn't even there. Why am I expected to tip a counter employee at Chick-fil-A for simply taking my order? I don’t understand why I’m asked to tip for something that’s already part of the job. It’s not table service, it’s counter service. Why has this become the norm? First ever Chick-fil-A I have encountered that won’t let me swipe credit card until select percentage of tips. Please do not go to this place. It’s a huge rip off and waste of money. The food wasn’t terrible but $47 for two burgers, 1 waffle fries and a coke was outrageous.
