The moment I walked in the pine-sol smell was EXTREME. I didn’t think much of it until I ordered an ice cream cone and the first bite of cone tasted like pine-sol. I asked for a refund because the taste and smell made me nauseous. They denied me a refund because I ate half of the ice cream which was good. It took me eating half until I got to the cone. I’m unhappy with the cone and atmosphere due to this over whelming pine-sol flavor. My husband and friends didn’t even walk in bc of the smell. It’s unfair to give me a cone that tastes like floor cleaner then refuse to give a refund. Also my Spanish wasn’t good enough to argue that it’s unfair. The quality of the ice cream and the variety of flavors are excellent but I’m writing to compliment the 3 employees (1 young lady & 2 gentleman) who worked Sunday night on 6/1/25. Their customer service was great when I arrived with my wife & daughter, giving us samples and service with a smile. What I really appreciate is that I accidentally left my wallet at the cash register and didn’t realize until later that night after I drove all the way home. I returned to the Ice cream shop late that night and all 3 employees eyes lit up and were so happy I returned to retrieve my wallet. If you want to stand in line to watch one of two workers avoid /ignore customers waiting to place orders/cash out, this is the place for you. If you then want to deal with the laziest effort in Icon Park when you do place your order, this spot is a must. Especially if you like overpriced ice cream cones handed to you with the ice cream falling off the side. Managment needs to retrain or replace the two girls working on 6/10/23 at 5 pm.
