This business is completely unprofessional and accused us of stealing. Me And my friend drove to Orlando in hopes of riding the slingshot ride and getting a video of our experience.We paid $110 in order to get on the ride and a get a video along with it. After the workers were messing with the recording device for 10 minutes knowing there was an issue they let us on for our turn. Then as we exited the ride informed us that the video was unable to work. The workers then told us to get back on to get the video. The expiernce was intense enough the first time that we could not handle to get back on. Then staff let us know that was the only option we had. After talking with guest service manager Adrian who was highly unprofessional only offered a $20 refund. I informed him that we paid for a service which was not delivered and he informed that it was our fault we had no video as we did not want to get back on. I then spoke to manger Marko who told me that if he refunded us we would be stealing as some of the service was provided. I then asked for an email to reach to someone professional who could help me. Marko only provided me the phone number to the establishment as he had no other contact for me to reach. This is appalling for a company as big as this to have such little customer service and no contact information available besides a phone number. It is currently saturday and he informed me that I would not be able to doanything to fix this till Monday as no one is available till then. Having a property’s general manger is the bare minimum and this is unacceptable. A simple refund of our entire purchase would have fixed this problem as the service we paid for was not completed. Read moreMy daughters had a blast there and enjoyed it so much, but at the end of the ride the guy asked my daughters 14,15 if they wanted to ride again but they couldn’t hear what he said and they started to unbuckle he told them to stop and sent them up again. I didn’t know what what was going on as my Husband and I were standing by the wall. When they got off the guy told them they needed to pay another $30 so they looked to me for paying I tried telling the guy I did not authorize them riding again as they were teenagers and cannot consent to go again without permission and they knew we were there but didn’t ask and even my girls didn’t say yes and no one asked me if they but he wasn’t trying to hear it… it’s a great ride but just watch out for shady and deceptive practices they enjoyed it overall though besides us being...

We were definitely more hyped up and terrified than we needed to be. The park is super cute, "free parking", close to other stores and shops, no long waits if you go in the day, aaaaannnnndddd after you pay the $75 (this was the price at the time Subject to change) for the ride for 2, 2 tee shirts, AND the video... you get to ride the rest of the day AND get the videos for a discounted rate! Another perk is this ride is its own "amusement" you don't have to go through the park or buy anything. You can just do this ride or you can hang out in the arcade or get on other daring rides!
The staff were all extremely kind. Every single one that we encountered! Especially Marquese (I think) he was SO funny and helpful! Kept us laughing.
How much fun! Definitely worth the day...
