My initial review when they first opened was a glowing five star. However, the three last times we have ordered for my child with ARFID (huge struggle, gotta feed within a specific window, when it comes to her wrong it's too late) the order has been wrong. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very busy and didn't really show that customer service empathy, or willingness to do what he can (though he asked me what he could do as he seemingly was rushing the call- most would write the name down and offer the messed up order for free next time). There is a huge difference between chocolate and vanilla. The manager didn't show empathy but offered some great advice, such as checking the no-contact doordash order and just going through them and using the world definitely to emphasize how little he cares about those of us that have supported them from the time they opened.
Check my reviews. 99% positive. Easy to please. Not happy with the rushed call to the manager. I should have known when I asked to please speak to the manager and I was polite. To say otherwise would be very uncool bc anyone that would hear the call would know I stayed far from a Karen. We are still allowed to go to the next step when the order is consistently wrong. I called, he answers, "This is Jason. How can I help you?" I told him what was going on and he just repeated his name and said "how can I help you?" As a professional familiar with basic customer service, a more appropriate response would be, "I'm very sorry to hear that. Here is what I can do and in the meantime, I would suggest also contacting doordash since this has happened three times now." Except I put in the order the way it is saved. Not rocket science. I renege my former review. I hope one of my nearly 27,000 readers can empathize a little. ARFID is no joke, so wrong orders are a bit more catastrophic than they should be, but how do you screw up a gelati? Three times with the same customer. Exact same order, exact same screw up. Can't find good people anymore. I don't get it. I'm good at my job, but if I make a mistake I take full responsibility. Not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been long-time Jeremiahās Reward members. I always fill out the surveys about the different flavors that I would like. The Pistachio flavor is my favorite. They never even acknowledged it, except to say thank you for completing the survey. Every time I fill out the survey, theyāre supposed to give me a free med. treat of my choice. They never do (except one time). However, when they gave me that free one, they took away the other reward that I had already earned. Nobody at the retail stores can correct this, so Iāve had to send multiple emails (over a span of months), before they even acknowledge their wrong doing. This was the LAST TIME! Enough is Enough! I sent them proof this time, with a screenshot of their āBAIT & SWITCH OFFERā. They still refuse to honor it. Therefore, we havenāt been back to Jeremiahās. Over the years, we have spent several hundreds of dollars on Jeremiahās (maybe a $1,000 or more - for ICE CREAM)! I have free rewards now, that I will not use, until they honor (at least), 3 free medium treats that they owe me, from previous āBAIT & SWITCH OFFERSā. We have bought so much ice cream from them, that when people visit us, we use to take them to Jeremiahās, & pay for it ourselves (& their ice cream is not cheap either). The other thing that I thought was disgusting was that at multiple Jeremiahās locations, there were people in front of us, that had dogs. They let the dogs sit on the counter (where they serve the ice cream), or in the seats (in front of the establishment). How gross! DOGās BUTTS ARE NOT CLEAN! They shouldnāt be sitting anywhere where we have to sit, or where food is served. Their hair (& dander), flies everywhere. Can you imagine eating an ice cream, & some dog hair flew on your cone/cup? Or, sitting in a chair (that the dogs sat in), & wonder why you stink?...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOriginally from Indiana and obsessed with orange leaf. Moved to Florida and was so disappointed bc they only have 3 in the entire state currently open. I've tried every place around and this place is right next to my house and is by far the best froyo ive found in Florida. HOWEVER, as a loyal customer that comes multiple times a week I have to say I am extremely disappointed with what has been happening lately....THEY ARE CLOSING MORE THAN 30 MIN EARLY THAN THE POSTED CLOSE TIME! It's Saturday night and me and my two young girls decided we wanted to run up and get some peach wave before they closed at 10 PM, we arrived at 9:45 and go up to the door because all the lights are on and it's locked. So I got out my phone and called and a young girl answered and I said we are standing outside and your sign says you guys close at 10 PM so why is the door locked and she said I'm sorry we had to close early tonight and I asked why and she said well sometimes when we aren't very busy we close early. To me that is just unacceptable and very Bad business and a way to lose business! Again this is sent the first time it's happened either. If your sign says you close at 10 PM then you close at 10 PM and if it says online your open until 10 PM! So we drove ourselves to Jeremiahs Italian ice instead which is open way later every night of the week and extremely...
