Kizuna Asian Buffet & Sushi — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

My girlfriend and I were visiting Orlando from TN. and looking for a decent buffet, I came across Kizuna hesitant and a little skeptical at first seeing that they hadn't received many reviews, I soon realized why, it was a new restaurant only opened a month ago and people were just learning about it, including yours truly.

We decided to throw caution to the wind and give it a try what a great decision that turned out to be. Once we entered we had a feeling we were in for a pleasant dining experience the soft blue lighting and the cool ambient music set the scene. The crew, clean cut and polished with matching shirts were very helpful and provided outstanding customer service.

The choice of food was substantial everything from Sushi to seasoned Steak strips also for the little ones or those who want a more simple taste chicken nuggets and pizza is avaliable all within very clean service islands.

The food itself was very fresh and as I observed, replenish when need. Everything tasted wonderful! I especially enjoyed the black peppered chicken, carved pork roast and crab salad while my girlfriend enjoyed the sushi, fresh cooked veggies and bragged about the sesame balls.

The dessert station was a delightful surprise for along with the small individual containers of basic flavored ice cream there was a nice variety of other delicious treats. My girlfriend and I tryed a little of everything and it was unanimous although the fresh cinnamon bunt was special and the apple cobbler didn't disappoint the spice cake with the miniature chocolate chips on top was the BOMB!

After a wonderful meal feel free to use there facilities with no worries for there both spacious and extremely clean.

My advice to you if your ever in the Orlando area do yourself a favor and visit Kelly and her crew at Kizunas I'm sure you will not be disappointed Loved it!! ...

Coming from Hawai’i where buffets are hard to come by and way too expensive - Kizuna’s is a gold mine!! Dinner buffet $20.99 with at least 8 different types of sushi rolls, a few nigiri and even tai and salmon sashimi…decent sushi for buffet style with tons of avocado!! Hot foods had a mixture of Chinese, dim sum, egg flower, sweet-sour and miso soups, fried rice, chow mein noodles, plus an entire buffet line with all your heart’s desire of FRIED foods from fried spring rolls, shrimp wonton, shrimp canton, checkin wings and wait for it even fried Chinese style CRAB!! Plus a small line for Mongolian-style build your own stir-fry with veggies and meat and watch your chef whip it up on the hibachi flat grill. And that’s not it - add juicy steak, Chinese style BBQ pork ribs, and even pork roast - so all your meat lovers will be happy too!! Why would you need a salad with this line-up…but if you’re in need of fresh veggies this buffet also has a salad line and number of cold salads including coleslaw, Mexican cold shrimp, Korean kimchi, ocean seaweed salad, imitation crab salad and a variety of fresh fruits watermelon, melon, grapes etc. and for you dessert lovers well you’ve got options too - ice cream, pudding and an assortment of cakes and pies. Wow! The options!!!! Went to try this new restaurant because I saw someone posted a TIKTOK video and it did not disappoint. There are rows and rows full of every kind of Asian food you can imagine! From wonton soup and egg drop soup to fried rice to steak and crab Rangoon to egg rolls to dim sun to shrimp. We really enjoyed the fried blue crab. 🦀 On top of having everything you can order off an Asian menu like pepper steak and sweet and sour chicken they also have American favorites like pizza, fries and chicken nuggets. There’s something for everyone. They even have a seafood boil with shrimp and crawfish. And there’s so much more!!! There were like 5 guys freshly rolling about 30 different types of sushi and sashimi. There’s also a cold seafood bar with iced shrimp, crawfish and mussels. To top it off there’s a custom hibachi station where you pick your own ingredients and sauces and then it’s made to order. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our servers were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant served limited wine and beer options. You can also get hot or cold sake. Everyone was wonderful except the guy on the hibachi grille.
