Juicy Bites — Restaurant in Florida

During our hotel stay, my children and I, constrained by our Halal dietary requirements, decided to order food from this restaurant for delivery. Sadly, our experience left much to be desired. Not only did the restaurant neglect our specific requests, but the burger we received was severely overcooked, lacked freshness, and even seemed to taste freezer-burned, necessitating its disposal. The chicken burger was equally underwhelming, featuring a thin chicken breast slice with sauce, and the bottom bun turned unpleasantly soggy despite our request for separate dressing, which was ignored.

Adding to our disappointment, the accompanying fries arrived cold and flavorless. Since we were hotel-bound, we couldn't access ketchup, and regrettably, the restaurant omitted ketchup from our order, forcing us to endure the unappetizing experience of eating cold, hard fries without any condiments.

What's especially disheartening is that, as previous reviews have mentioned, one would expect a Halal restaurant to take extra pride in their food quality, making this experience even more disappointing. The kids and I ended up eating milk...

We are visiting from VA. If I could give this place a zero I would. We ordered a Zinger Burger meal (the guy forgot to give us the fries, added a pound of mayo on top, it was a Restaurant Depot patty, and the “zinger” was hot sauce), chaat papri (which they used chickpea curry instead of plain chickpeas), mild wings (every single piece was raw & red and had to be thrown out—pics attached), and falooda (which was basically Rooafza with falooda extras added—no kulfi or ice cream). They seem to operate with the intention that everyone is from out of town and will not drive all the way back to complain so they are serving nasty undercooked food/left over.
