Tonight/recent review Within 4 days I'm already updating my review from 5 stars to 1.. I guess this place is hit or miss.

Tonight I just ordered, and it's vastly different. I asked for double fries, didn't receive them. Got a C4 burger with cheese.. But yet no cheese.. The burger is SO GREASY the bottom bun dissolved, and it's sitting in a puddle in the box, and I can't pick it up. The fries are uncooked, and still frozen in the middle.

Husbands salad with the avocado is brown, and disgusting. Wow. I'm so disappointed.

I was so impressed with our visit just four days ago. I see why there was such a mix review. I guess we got it on a good night the first time 4 days ago. Never again.

*Also update, I spoke to a manager, and a new one (my C4 burger and double fries) was sent out. STILL NO DOUBLE FRIES, but it looked better, and the 8 fries I received was cooked thoroughly, and no grease on the burger. I’ll take what I can get. No longer going to give this place my business though. What a shame.. That first night I commented to my husband that this was the best burger I’ve ever had.

Review previously Husband, and I moved out here to Belterra, and recieved a menu about this place included in our paperwork upon moving in, and exhausted from moving we decided to order, and I'm SO GLAD WE DID.

I'm a burger eater, burgers are my jam, It's my favorite food, and this place does burgers AMAZINGLY. I was amazed. It was so yummy! Husband got a salad, and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. I'm excited to try...

Food here is great, but the delivery service is BEYOND TERRIBLE. We have ordered from here 15-20 times over the past year. We have experienced multiple issues with delivery... once was quoted 45 minutes, the pizza showed up 2 1/2 hours later cold. Then we have several good experiences. Next we order and are told an hour... after 3 phone calls back, pizza finally shows up nearly 3 hours later. Tonight... ordered at 5:12pm and told 45 minutes. 6:00pm, no pizza. I call just before 7pm and am told it's out for delivery, should be 5 minutes. 7:30 rolls around, I call again and get the young shift manager... he's very nice, but again tells me they had a driver quit. Now it's 8pm... I give up. Owners need to really review their leadership staff in this place.

UPDATE from 1 star to 4 stars based on responses from HCRP... owner called me directly to sincerely apologize. Exactly the kind of response I'd hope for from a locally-owned business. Refunded credit card (obviously), and went a step beyond to offer same amount in additional credit to try again. He also provided me his cell phone info should I even have problems in the future. I will now return and share this recovery effort with my neighbors. Thanks again Mark... we hope to have more positive...

My daughter and I have been coming to Hill Country Ranch Pizza for a few years. Everytime we wanted to celebrate something-this was our delicious little hideaway.

She wanted to eat here for her 19th birthday today so now the entire family knows about it 😂

The 7 of us ordered Sodas, Fried Pickles, an XL Three Little Pigs Pizza, 3 Chimichurri Burgers, a plain burger, a Teriyaki Burger, a 3 Chicken Strips meal, a Sub Sandwich, bottomless fries, onion rings, 2 Cinnamon Rolls and 3 slices Peanut Butter Pie. Needless to say, we all left incredibly full and satisfied. Their food does not disappoint!

The icing to our fantastic meal was our server, Sarina! She was attentive, funny, courteous and a very gracious hostess. We never had to call her over-she would just intuitively arrive at our table to ask if we needed anything. Her customer service was impeccable!

Now that our secret is out we'll probably be having more meals here...no celebration necessary -- a random Tuesday when we have a hankering for a delicious, juicy burger with bottomless fries and great customer service 💗🥰

PS: Sit in the private alcove if your party is large enough-- it gives the feel of a private dinner party. Ambience at it...
