I was disappointed. I am a big Panda fan and have eaten at numerous locations in numerous cities and states. This is the 1st bad experience I've had. Chow Mein was nice and hot and steamy and very tasty. The entrées not so much, items were barely warm at all. The portions were very small. I had beef and broccoli and it had 8 fleurets of broccoli and 3 small pieces of beef. Also had sweet fire chicken breast, mostly pineapple and very few chicken pieces. Obviously, their steam table temps were set too low, and their employees are scared to make portions normal or get reprimanded. This is all a shame because this restaurant is only 2 miles from my house and it would have been very convenient to pop in for lunch or dinner, now I will have to go back to the William Cannon location where the food is always good, tasty and HOT !! Shame on you Panda Express. A new location like this should be top notch for at least the first couple of months in order to make sure people come and enjoy, but also come back time and time again, and tell other people about it instead of having to write an unfavorable review. The food was tasty but when it is almost cold it ruins the total experience. Kudos on your nice HOT Chow Mein. I'll give it another 2 month for you to get your act together and try you again. Read moreDine in: Got there an hour before close with my parents, and they were out of many meat dishes and didn’t offer to make the ones we wanted fresh for us. My mom is very picky and was highly disappointed, but she is too kind to make it an issue. Very lazy, negligent, and unprofessional staff.
Pick up: I’ve given here multiple times to pick up online orders. One time I arrive 30 minutes before closing with plenty of people eating inside and the doors were locked. Another time I went thru the drive thru to pick up my order and thankfully double checked my order before driving away. There was a complete item missing, and when u asked the drive thru person why a portion of my order was missing they said, “oh we’re out.” Does that justify leaving that part of my order unfulfilled AND not notifying me of it or asking if I’d like a substitute, not to mention not refunding the missing item?! They did substitute but only when I pushed.

Read moreWhen you first opened everything was great - good food, good service and good portions. I've been back several times. Today's (7/15 around 5:20) experience was severely lacking. We went in and no one was in line ahead of us, yet we waited about 10 minutes to place our order. 3 employees were sitting at the employee booth, one eating the other 2 just chatting. 1 employee was standing by the take out window doing nothing while 2 were filling take out orders. Yet neither would even make eye contact or be kind enough to tell us they would be with us in a minute much less wait on us. Logic and customer service tells me one should be taking drive thru orders and one waiting on walk in customers. When one of them finally waited on us, the meat portions were miniscule. About half the meat we were served on our previous trips. Sad to see such a drop off after a fantastic opening. If it continues this way you'll be losing a valued customer.
