Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Dry Ridge

Food was good but the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. When my order was taken I asked for fries and a drinks. Upon paying they gave me one cup. I notified the lady my order was wrong. Did she offer to fix the order?.....Ha! She said I'll ring it in, well I waited IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER to add on to my order. She turned and walked away. Then we only received 1 order of fries. I ORDERED 3 and 3 drinks. The gentleman specifically asked what size when I ordered. I would of happily payed for my drinks and fries if she would have only tried to fix my order. This is not for anything free. All she needed to do was apologize for the error and said I will add it now for you. She was off the charts for being rude. We shared our 1 drink and ate our sandwichs which were good. Guess what...our non friendly lady behind the counter zooms by our car for her smoke break. Stay away from this place if you want service. Maybe a lesson in manners would...

Like other reviewers down below I witnessed cross contanimation/raw chicken handling. We ate there on 3/1/2020 around 12 noon and saw the guy on the grill touch raw chicken then not take the gloves off and touch a bunch of food (sub rolls, bottle of dressing, counters that food was prepared on ect) Totally gross.

In addition the pop machine was not working and we told the "manager" who basically gave us an eye roll. She attempted to fix it, but it still tasted like some of the worst pop I ever had. After 20 minutes and being told it was fixed, we had to go to the gas station next door to get a bottle of pop @ 2.09. Also, there lemonade was in a container that looked absolutely distgusting.. Employees are really rude and short, and give you constant attitude and eyerolls when you ask them a question. Not what I usually get from Penn Station.

Loved it!!!!🤗🤗 and it was my first time eating at Penn Station.... very tasty, scrumptious and the Reuben wrap was filling, and the cook did an excellent job in describing to me in detail how he made it, and he made it to a T and thats five stars in my book... I was greeted as soon as I walked...Very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming and the cook time from start to servetime was quick(now it was just 2 orders, but I only waited about 6mins)the customer service was outstanding thank you for being a of EXCELLENT service on my road trip to Tennessee....
