We had the worst experience today at this location! a party of 9 of us walked in to get ice cream, there was a nice young gentleman and a girl named Mackenzie with the worst attitude. The young man greeted us and attended us, while the girl named Mackinzie rolled her eyes and didnāt bother to help her fellow coworker. She kept rolling her eyes, and complaining to her coworker that she didnāt want to attend to us, until the poor guy was so overwhelmed and asked her for help. She then rolled her eyes again and was upset he asked her for help! I believe she acted that way because we were all hispanics. she never greeted us, but a few minutes later, a caucasian lady walked in and Mackenzie greeted her and immediately attended her. This is not okay, all the kids that were with us noticed Mackinzies bad attitude toward us. If youāre hispanic be prepared to be treated badly!!!! If you can, go elsewhere for ice cream! She ruined our Ice cream night! Definitely gave a bad name to Baskin Robbins! I will never give them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is way subpar compared to its other franchise branches! I have been there less than 10 times; and once I was given the wrong flavor, and for more than 3 times I got charged a "food tax". I finally decided to ask about it on my last visit up to date, and the response I received from Sherry was "certain flavors have food taxes". This is dog dung! I have never heard of anything like this; and I always order the same flavors: chocolate fudge, strawberry cheesecake, and gold medal ribbon. Since I sometimes get charged and other times don't, then the conclusion has to be they are taking advantage of their customers! Also like the other 2-star gentleman mentioned, the scoops are too small compared to other branches too. It will be less likely for me to return...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreZero stars if that was an option. Ordered a cake online to be ready by 4:15pm. Arrived around 4:20, associate said cake was not ready and asked if I could wait another 15-20 min. I was unable to do that b/c I needed to set up a party that I was hosting. Asked a family member on the way to my party to stop at the store to pick up cake, figuring it would be ready as said. When family member arrived, the cake was still not finished and required another 20 minutes to complete. How can you promise something to be ready at a certain time, only to delay it for another 40 minutes? I don't remember what the associate working gave for a reason for the store froster's delay, it is still unacceptable, as I ordered this cake on a Monday, to be ready at a SPECIFIC time...
