We are lucky to have Centinela Feed and Pet Supplies in our local neighborhood of Duarte.

The staff are amazing and the selection is of the highest quality.

There's always a wonderful sale going on or a squishy creature walking around the store with an owner buying goodies.

You'll find lenty of parking and the store is beautifully lit.

I make it a point to stop in and buy food here whenever possible instead of ordering it online because I love having a local shop I can meander around in search of unique finds for my animals.

This is my first time shopping at this branch. Walter provided one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. He is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My questions were all answered right away, as he also provided advice and suggestions. He also asked my cat's name, and we had a very friendly conversation.

I feel like I must give a positive rating for the gentleman, because nowadays it's not that easy to encounter good customer service, let alone excellent ones...

Did not appreciate the attitude I received when shopping there today. There are many other pet supply stores to patronize without being made to feel unwelcome. Duarte employees need to learn better customer service to relate better with their customers especially since this store is new to this neighborhood and could be an important addition to this area for...
