Third awful visit in a row for us and we're done. First time, a few months ago, and our card was charged twice for no reason. It was quite a daunting task getting our money back (it took about a week and only after calling corporate since the GM wouldn't comply like she promised). Second one was last month, and there were more employees standing outside than there were in the restaurant. I blew the horn while waiting at the drive thru and got no response. Pulled to the window, was ignored, blew the horn again, and the outside employees (including the "manager" looked at me as if I had done something wrong). I won't go into more detail here because corporate already knows. I left and went to the 441 location and got hot fries and a smile (which has never happened at Veterans). Tonight, it took 20 minutes at the drive thru and guess what...cold/old fries that were clearly overcooked and laughter from the staff because they knew what they had done. Called corporate again. They're sending us two combo meal gift cards and advised us that the 441 location would remake our order for free. I wish I could remember the manager's name at 441 tonight because she truly went above and beyond. I've never had problems at 441, but Veterans is so much more convenient for us. Doesn't matter anymore. The doors at the Veterans location should be locked up until they figure out how to successfully...
Read moreWe were at Arby's at 5:30 The place should have been busy with dinner folks coming in. Now I know why it is so empty. I used to work at Arby's years ago...the food was fabulous then and we were always busy. I spent over 44.00 there today and it was not good. I ordered a Reuben corn beef sandwich meal. There is suppose to be 3 oz of meat on the sandwiches.... I don't think there was even 2 oz coz it was very thin and only covered half the bread. So half of my sandwich was just bread. Definitely not worth over 10.00. The Jamoca shake used to be fantastic. It is now just a regular chocolate shake. No sign of tge coffee or caramel that used to be in it and it was runny and half melted when we got it. This is the third time in the last 5 months that i stopped to try the Jamoca shake.... it has been the same disappointment each time...they just dont know how to make them any more. They did away with their fantastic potatoes cakes and now they make curly fries and crinkle fries. We got old and cold. The only thing that tasted the same was their wonderful horsey sauce. But I only had half of a bread sandwich to dip in it. So now we know why they are seriously lacking customers. No, I won't be recommending them anymore either. They have lost their touch and the food is seriously lacking in all areas. Too bad....it used to be so...
Read moreApril 3,2025 I chose a different restaurant today which is not a regular for my family. In drive thru, I never received a greeting at the intercom while ordering nor did I receive one upon greeting the cashier. No common questions of condiments or anything. Cashier took my payment ,drinks , and food without any verbal interaction. It was if " why are you hear" energy. Very disappointed food was cold and stiff, probably cooked an hr before I came and given to the first customer who wanted. Cashier was a Plus size woman with a lot to hair. Large arms. No apron. Wasn't sure if she was an employee or not. I came to this location on another date in March. This day in March a friendly pretty dark brown lady took my order. I ordered a fish combo, fresh and everything was hot!.....and she even gave me coupons to ....encourage me to come back! I noticed when she's there a gold Honda is parked. If that Golden Honda is not there, I'm not...
