Subway — Restaurant in Dublin

Got an online order, scheduled to be ready for pickup at 8:20. Got there to a dark restaurant, walked in and no one was there. Waited a bit and someone came out and said they were closed. Door said they were open till 9:30. Asked him if he can call a manager to to cancel my order but manager didn’t pick up. So many operational problems and still don’t know how to cancel my order cause no one there...

This is my second experience at this shop. My sandwich was over toasted, she didn’t slit the bread properly, so everything fell off, she added so less of everything, and badly wrapped in paper. Where is the professionalism... most horrible sandwich I have ever had!! Wish this post is seems by subway corporates if they really care about...

The worst subway experience ever. I ordered a footlong tuna had to walk the lady every step of the way. She wouldn’t ask me what I wanted and just waited for me to tell her. Really bad customer service and it seemed she did not want to help me or want to work there. She was an older lady. I would not recommend...
