Kwality Ice Cream — Restaurant in Dublin

I don't know where they have the 56 flavors of ice cream? That they advertise on line. Never-mind that. The lady that made my shake was extremely wonderful person... During the money exchange I had a $100 bill that I was going to pay with. She very kindly explained that she did not have enough in her register to brake the bill. As you can already understand my frustration about paying with cash I REALLY wanted that shake. I think she sensed that as well. Instead of throwing it away in the garbage like most ignorant people do she smiled and said go ahead. At first it did not click in my brain she was offering the shake to me at no charge which is AWESOME OF HER. She did not waist it. Simple little customer service actions like this make people come back.....( I did go get change and paid her for the shake don't want to get anyone in any trouble even though she did the...

Delicious experience at Kwality Ice Cream.

I remembered the taste of ice cream in India while eating this! It was actually much richer and creamier.

We tried a Malai Kulfi and a small cup of Thandai & Pista ice cream scoops. Amazingly, you can mix 2 flavors in a cup.

The small cup is more than enough for a single person, especially if you've just had a meal. I would recommend ice cream scoops over kulfi because kulfi comes in less quantity and higher price.

Service was quick. They let you taste a few flavors before buying, but please don't take undue advantage of that. The variety of flavors is good.

They have just 2 tables inside so mostly good for takeaways.

Mismanagement of service. Took out the fun of having icecream.

Place is open till 10 PM but was told at 9:35 PM that they cannot entertain me and my family as it was past closing time. I actually felt bad and apologized, only to come back and check that the place was open till 10.

Now that I think, we weren’t the only ones affected; the family ahead of us also faced a similar situation with an incorrect order, and were pressured to accept despite their concerns.

Pity because would have loved to try some flavors and would have bought a lot more 🤷🏻‍♀️I was denied the option to try flavors, but hey I at least left with the right order ;) hence “a star”

P.S. what’s worse is that she seemed to be the owner...
