We had Horribly Bad experience for the dinner on weekend with the group of 9 of adults and kids. Some of the glimpses below: • After placing the order, we asked one menu to be kept on table as we wanted to check more options. Manager stressed that keep only one and he almost pulled the menu card from a kid who was reading it. Not a good way from him to order the kid to return the menu card and almost snatching. • After having one round of chapatis and rice, we wanted to order some more chapatis and rice items and asked Manager to take order, to which he was surprised and asked us back "do you want to order NOW ? Do you really want to order NOW ?" - what is the issue with him if we order any food item at any given point of time of our meal, we can eat anything, of any amount, at any time of our meal. • Finally, we asked for bill and we got the food bill based on our order. Gave him card to transact and to our surprise he transacted by adding 18% gratuity, without even informing us anything about extra charge. When asked Manager the reason about extra charge, he said rudely that they forgot to add the gratuity in the bill earlier which they should have added, but now you have to pay. He did not even apologies or said sorry, not even informed us before transaction that the charges has to be applied. He simply took "yyy" amount bill and transacted "yyy + 18%" and started arguing that we have to pay that, which our whole group was not happy about, not at all a good behavior with guests at the restaurant. I finally had it removed from him only and asked him to transact only "yyy" amount. My point was, why the amount was not informed before transaction, why did he take us for granted for gratuity and why he argued with us when it was his fault. Huffff… No more Peacock restaurant for me and my friends for sure. With such experience, it does not matter the quality of the food, but my personal feeling, the food quality / taste is not so great, it is not out of the world. Food taste and quality...

The service was horrible and on top it was pretty rude. We called this place and asked if they are ok to serve a group of 28 people. They said it’s ok, we came the front desk manager said it’s ok ur table is all set. We went to the table and try to connect all the disconnected tables together and this another guy came and said we cannot do that. He had serious issues abt us joining tables and he kept telling us that all of us have to be present. Then he said it’s difficult to serve if we join the tables. I told him we are regular customers to this place. Now during the ordering he was extremely rude, he was not ready to take orders and said all of us has to place orders together. I have never seen such a rude behavior before. He was bringing stuff which we didn’t order n so on..and then arguing that we placed the order- u guys better be in sync and things like that. Finally we really got mad, and asked the other manager to get this bill, got fee take out boxes and exited this place. We also told him that he cannot be rude to customers, to which he told one of the ladies in our group that she better control her husband. The other manager came down to calm down the situation, but we already decided to get out of this place. We paid and got out, while going that guy made some random comment to one of the other ladies in the group. Overall it was a very bad experience and I would never go back to this place. They lost few trusted...
