I really like this boutique. It is super cute, nice, and clean. I only live a block away from it and finally went there for the first time last week on Friday evening. The employee working was very friendly and helpful when I was in the changing room, grabbing me different sizes as I needed, and offering similar options when she couldn't find my desired size. If you're familiar with boutiques, then you already know that most of the items are usually priced on the higher end of the spectrum but a HUGE reason I like Ivy Moon is because they have an awesome little clearance section closet in the back corner that to my surprise had plenty of things to choose from. I’m typically a huge supporter of this store, they have super cute clothes and is women owned. My most recent experience was defeating. I went to return a blazer I had purchased the day before simply because it didn’t match the outfit like I expected. I was unaware that a blazer is considered a jacket and they don’t allow returns on jackets (which I was not told the day before when I purchased). Love the ambiance of Ivy moon, and I love shopping local. Prices are pretty expensive but that’s to be expected. Recently I had bought something on student discount. But wasn’t too sure on my purchase because of the material. When I was checking out I asked the return policy and it was stated to be 14 days. After I tried returning it I was told it was final sale/ promotion so it cannot be returned. I received a gift card but I’m still pretty disappointed.
