My fiancee have been coming here for years and the service is always great. Everyone is nice and helpful. Even for a self service restaurant, you'll see the workers go above and beyond for the customer.
Food: We usually love getting the box set with a meat and 2 sides. I love the chicken, but the bulgogi is great too. The ddukboki (rice cake) is crispy. I'm not the craziest for korean rice cake, but the one here is so addicting I always have to get it. Also, they do the BEST spicy tuna kimbap. They pack it full and it's huge! If you can't finish it like us, you can always eat it later as a filling snack.
Ambience: Nice, quiet atmosphere until it's busy but that's at any restaurant. Great if you're like me and like intimate spaces where you can actually have a conversation without screaming, but there are tables that can seat larger parties too. There's lots of space.
The price is a little higher than typical Korean food at other restaurants, but we always come here because we can always expect the best quality so...
Read moreNot sure if I ordered the wrong item. The Galbi soup came with only two chops of rib in it, a bowl of rice, and a tiny pinch of kimchi. For almost $20, that’s all I have. The soup is tasty, though. It is my first time ordering such a dish at this place. My son likes his bulgogi box. It made me more hungry watching him eat. My suggestion to the store owner. You can raise the price to make the soup more fulfilling or warn whoever order this Galbi soup dish of the contents to manage their expectation.

Update: I came over again with my daughter. I asked specifically about the Galbi soup. It seems the photo on their menu does not match the description that the gentleman at the counter gave me. My daughter tried their bulgogi bento box and I ordered the bulgogi bowl. We are not disappointed this time. I’m changing my review to 4 stars to reflect our overall experience over two visits.

Read moreI was invited here with a friend and our kids for the first time for lunch. I’ve had Korean food in the past and only had all you can eat Korean BBQ. The menu was very easy to navigate. I loved how they had a meal box and a cup bap option. They also had their traditional casual food to choose for your meal. I easily found what I wanted to eat and shared it with my son. I was really happy that they had the japchae noodles because those are our favorite. I had the pork ribs, rice, salad, japchae and vegetable dumplings for our meal. The pork ribs were phenomenal. I even shared some with my husband when I got home and he loved them. The vegetable dumplings were so delicious and were the perfect temperature my son and I also love their salad and my son is three. The service was great and this place is a cute little eatery to have lunch. It’s quiet and calm and I will definitely be back here to try the different food different options from their menu. Everything looked and...
