During my unforgettable visit with a lively group of 20 people, we indulged in a feast fit for royalty. The brisket, sweet and sour chicken, fried chicken, seafood pancake, spicy seafood rice cake, and spicy mussel soup all graced our table, each bite more satisfying than the last. I must say, this is a place meant for sharing, where culinary delights become a communal experience filled with laughter and joy.

But that's not all - Hanshin Pocha offers an unexpected twist with private karaoke rooms. Picture yourself belting out your favorite tunes in a cozy, private space, and to top it off, this karaoke room comes with a private restroom for ultimate convenience.

Sure, the karaoke book and prompts may be in Korean, but fear not! The fantastic selection of music spans genres from K-pop to American classics, encompassing rap, R&B, updated pop, and classic rock. With a native Korean speaker in our midst and the attentive staff rushing to assist, our karaoke extravaganza was an absolute blast.

Speaking of the staff, let me take a moment to applaud our server. Despite the late hour and the challenges of serving a large party, he excelled in every way, demonstrating attentiveness, patience, and genuine care. His dedication elevated our experience, leaving us with unforgettable memories to cherish.

As if the food and karaoke weren't enough, the restaurant's interior is like stepping into a scene from an old western film. The rustic, woodsy decor adds a unique touch, transporting you to a bygone era where delicious feasts and lively celebrations reign.

Overall the night was not terrible. My primary issue with this place is the disrespectful waiter that attended us. He provided one menu and when we asked for more he stared at us with a blank look then grew impatient when people did not know what to order because they had not looked at the menu yet because we HAD ONE MENU! There were 12 people and when we asked for rice for everyone he brought out 7 bowls and was visibly upset when we asked for 5 more.

The food was expensive with several items being rather confusing. Assorted fries is approximately $25 and there is no food description. Fortunately one of us had been there before and explained that “assorted fries” means assorted fried foods.

For those that don’t understand Korean good luck trying to understand any of the karaoke controller buttons. We had a waitress come by and explain it and were still confused afterwards. FYI Google translate did not help. There are also like 10 lights in the room and the only light that came on was the disco ball. Also the selection of music is atrocious. There is no YouTube option.

We will not be coming back here unless we are craving bad service and...
