I recently visited Kyuramen x Tbaar, and overall, it was a flavorful experience with some room for improvement.
Food: Let’s start with the star of the show, the food. The ramen and pho were truly delicious, rich in flavor, and well-prepared. The broth was comforting and hit all the right notes, making it perfect for a cozy meal. Definitely recommend trying their signature bowls!
Service & Menu: While the food was on point, the menu and service need a little fine tuning. The menus were a bit unclear, and unfortunately, the staff seemed unsure about some of the dishes’ ingredients. It would really help if the waitstaff were trained to confidently explain the plates, especially for those with allergies or dietary restrictions, knowing exactly what you’re ordering should be part of the experience.
Bubble Tea: Now, onto the bubble tea… I have to be honest, it was a bit of a letdown. The flavor was very diluted, tasting more like water than the actual flavor I ordered. A definite area that needs an upgrade if they want the tea to match the quality of the food.
Atmosphere & Design: One thing I absolutely loved was the restaurant’s design, it’s modern, inviting, and has that fun, trendy vibe perfect for a casual date or hangout with friends. Plus, I can’t not mention the adorable robot servers. They’re innovative, super cute, and add a touch of futuristic charm to the dining experience. Honestly, they kind of stole the show!
Overall: Kyuramen x Tbaar is worth a visit for the food alone, but with a little more attention to menu clarity, staff training, and a serious bubble tea revamp, it could easily become...
Read moreMy family and I recently dined at Kyuramen, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and modern Japanese decor set the stage for what would be a fantastic meal.
The food was nothing short of amazing. We all tried different ramen bowls, and each one was packed with flavor. The tonkotsu ramen had the perfect balance of rich, creamy broth and tender noodles, while the chashu pork was incredibly tender and full of flavor. Every bite was comforting and satisfying. Even the lighter broths, like the shoyu ramen, were perfectly seasoned, offering a more delicate but equally delicious option.
Beyond the ramen, we loved the variety of side dishes. The gyoza was crispy and savory, and the chicken karaage was a family favorite—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented.
The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Despite how busy the restaurant was, we never felt rushed, and our food arrived promptly.
Overall, Kyuramen exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every dish, and we left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. Whether you’re a ramen lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend Kyuramen for an...
Read moreit’s all just for looks. as an asian american i am not a stranger to ramen and asian cuisine. i first attended kyuramen at their first location in suwannee when they first opened and have not returned since for similar reasons as i’m about to talk about below. a group of friends wanted to get some lunch and someone suggested kyuramen and i already knew that i was in for a ride. we got here and it wasn’t particularly busy. we put in an order for 3 ramens and 1 omurice and a couple of appetizers. my friend ordered the bamboo chutes as an appetizer and not only did our ramen come out way before the appetizers, they brought out the wrong appetizer!!! the same friend is still waiting on his omurice by the time we more or less finished our ramen. they were reluctant to take back the wrong appetizer and as i’m writing this review we still have not gotten the bamboo chutes and have already finished our meals. for me personally, i had asked a server for garlic to put in my ramen and she looked like i was crazy. never in my entire life been to a restaurant that served ramen that didn’t offer chopped garlic as a topping. ridiculous.
for omurice check out local business danmooji for ramen check out jinya or okiboru
