AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars if possible. Mr. Lee managed to burn my hair (giving me a “volume magic”) as well as a haircut style that he chose rather than listen to his customer. When I went back in to show him the damage, he tried to convince me that it wasn’t damage but I should get some sort of conditioning treatment. He then proceeded to charge me another $170 for what I thought was supposed to be an attempt to fix the damage. After $530, my hair is burned and damaged, the hair is still wavy in spots when it is supposed to be straight and smooth, the haircut is 2 inches shorter than what I asked for, and the color has a lot of red/orange that I did not want. Through all of this, the worst part was not even the hair but the lack of care Mr. Lee...

Some people just don't have the common courtesy to come on the time of their appointment and cause effect to other customers. Despite being an hour late, Hyun puts out a decent haircut for that customer while putting me on hold and yet, complains at the end about him being rude. I don't know what more you have to complain for when you come to a hair salon an HOUR late and get a haircut you're satisfied with.. Perhaps come at the time you made the appointment with and he'll have some time to chit chat. Bottom line, even though i had to wait for some rude customer to finish, i ended up with the exact...

The stylist is one of the top in skills and does a great job with your hair. The reason why I would take away two stars is due to his time management. He schedules too many clients. My first time at the salon, he did a meticulous and thorough job. I was super satisfied. But as soon as I became a regular customer, I have received less than stellar service. The last time he cut my hair, he did it in such a hurry that it looked pretty messy.

He should not schedule so many clients at once and offer more...
